I ordered tha scales a month ago... after a while i asked for more informations about the delivery and the made everything possible so I can have the product in my hands as soon as possible! excellent service! the scales is amazing and of course it is! 5stars of course!

The smaller scale/platform doesn't give you more than 0.1g accuracy, that which many of the single-platform scales give you as well, nor is it particularly more accurate than them either in measuring weights below 1g. Even the minimum weight for it is the same as for other scales (which cover its full range) where it doesn't actually measure/distinguish between anything even remotely under .2g. I kind of thought that was the whole point of it. You can sort of eyeball I guess and divide .2g of whatever you put on there in half, but I wouldn't trust it to consistently even give a readout for this minimum until it's been exceeded.Also, the platforms aren't actually balanced and are biased towards the middle, so if you place anything which isn't exactly towards the center, it measures it as heavier than it actually is. At least having some lightly drawn circles in the middle then would've helped. Just given the way it works, it doesn't feel like this scale would retain its accuracy in the long-run, but I guess that's just speculation.Other than that, it's ok I guess - looks nice, is intuitive, and is relatively accurate enough. Being able to easily switch between the different measuring units is also nice.

I bought this last October. I was sure I was doing something wrong, but now I know it's not me, the little scale has never worked. Not once. When I try to weigh two things, both weights add together on the big scales weight. Not good when making soap. If anyone knows of a place to send it for repair or replacement, please let me know. Thanks!

I bought this scale while I was in cooking school to work on my menus at home. This was THE worst scale I’ve ever owned. It never measured correctly. The smaller scale was horrific and it stopped working after a couple of months. I changed the batteries and nada! I actually bought mine from the company in England. When I contacted them, they did nothing and did not stand by their crappy product. It looks and sounds great, but PLEASE take my advice and don’t waste your money!!

Weight on the scale is inconsistent and inaccurate. Wildly off by 10-20 grams on the SAME ITEM simply being placed on it and lifted off and placed back on it! Garbage. Returned.
