I’m very satisfied with the scooter! Customer service was great. Answered all my questions. Scooter arrived earlier than expected.

I went over a regular speed bump at regular speed and a screw broke causing the back tire to rub the wheel well. I pulled over immediately after but it still resulted in either the transmission or something else to mess up and it never ran good afterwards. I tried to get a refund or replacement but Amazon wouldn't resolve the problem and the seller would only have replaced it or fixed it if I paid for return shipping cost around $500 to $1000 So I had to sell it for pretty much half or less than half of what I paid for it 2 weeks after I bought it. I asked for a partial refund tried everything I could to not be a complete loss but nobody would help me so I wouldn't purchase anything from China or over seas that's a 3rd party seller without free return shipping cost. Personally I'm never buying anything besides Japanese or German engineering again when it comes to motorcycles or anything with 2 wheels probably a used Kawasaki or something locally.

did not come with any instructions. One thing to look out for with these is the fuel line coming from the gas tank to the carburetor. It stalled because one of the lines was too long and had two kinks in it which stopped the gas from entering the engine. Cut it down to an inch and reconnected it and runs great

I got my scooter. A beautiful blue one. I spent several hours unboxing it and putting it together and it's missing the front wheel spacer. Who does that? Sends an expensive item and a main part is missing.

it almost goes' 55mph im 120 lb so not big at all but still is a nice scooter changed oil before i rode it. GOOD Luck on ordering parts for it because you won’t hood flew off and called wholesaler and they tell me they can’t get the part!!!only lasted 175 mi then the cdi went bad had to walk it 3 mi to get it home not to happy with it. paid 400 for shipping could of been delivered on Friday but the shipper decided to wait til monday

I loved everything Scooter customer service everything was fantastic. I will be purchasing 2 more one for my wife and my daughter . Very easy to put the scooter together took me about 25 minutes

Arrived safe and sound. Really a nice little machine.

So I left my moped at a mechanic shop for the day and the handle bars were locked, I found out that this can be easily overrided by jerking the steering wheel hard in the opposite direction. How I know? Because I have a video of someone stealing my moped. This company does not take pride in thier products and over all this product is terrible. The battery didn't fit I to place the steering wheel kept coming loose due to the vibrations. Do not buy this moped you will lose out on it
