I've had the same contour foam pillow way too long, and I've probably tried a dozen replacements hating them all because they weren't high enough or didn't cradle my neck enough. The internal support rod and overall height of the big side of this pillow is perfect. I sleep on my side and am 5'4" but I guess I like a lot of pillow under my neck. Can't feel the support rod which I was worried about. This is my keeper and I'm going to order another so I can have a spare-I looked for a new one I liked for years until finding this one. So glad I found it!

I wanted this to work for me but it wasn't the right height and it was a bit too firm. When I just lay on it to stretch my neck, not to sleep it felt terrific, but when I tried to sleep on it the support wasn't right and made my neck hurt. I have narrow shoulders and an irregular posture so this was definitely an issue of it not working properly for me. However, if your shoulders are a bit wider and you like firm support with a little give this thing is terrific. EXCELLENT quality of build. It has double vents in each end which keep you cool while also releasing some of the resistance in the pillow. It comes with a nice cover to protect it (you want to put a pillowcase over that). I was sad to send it back. I highly recommend giving it a try. The contours are just the right shape.

Esto no quiere decir que sea malo, por el contrario es justo lo que esperaba, inicialmente pensé que solo era “otra almohada de memory foam” pero definitivamente no decepcionó, apenas llevo 1 día de uso y sin dolor de espalda o cuello, muy recomendable, sin embargo no me atrevería a recomendar a personas que están acostumbradas a almohadas “normales”

This pillow is a good deal more firm than the memory foam pillows I've tried. The wave shape is also more pronounced. It does soften a little as your head settles in. In this way it probably keeps your head in one place better.I bought it to help reduce snoring. Not conclusive for me yet that it does that but promising.This pillow has zero foam odor from off-gassing. A big plus.

I researched quite a bit before I bought this pillow. I made the right choice. This pillow has the most support for any pillow I looked at. The price is great and the quality is better. This is a great buy and a great company. The note inside the box had a number to call if I had any concerns or questions. They appear to be great at customer service (although I didn't need them as I am very happy with this product.)
