Expensive But Is A Requirement
This book is expensive to be honest and it only has few songs in it. But it is a requirement. And my son needs it. At least ordering from amazon makes buying this wee bit better as it was delivered fast (next day delivery through amazon prime) and good quality. Already saving for book 3!

Purchased to learn for piano exam. She passed so it definitely serves its purpose.

An almost must have if you’re considering ABRSM exams
Only contains 9 of the 39 listed pieces on the curriculum, so not great value for money but beautifully presented with interesting footnotes and a synopsis at the back of the ‘pamphlet’ of the full exam requirements. Not sure why these 9 were chosen from the 39 pieces but it is what it is. There’s probably enough in there to keep most people happy given you only need to learn 3-4 of them. I’m learning 4 because I’m planning to do the performance exam but I’ll probably at least try some others just to improve my technique and site reading skill.

Excellent price on this for my daughter who is currently doing her exam much cheaper than any music shop around by us.

Perfect , granddaughter needed the book for practise prior to her exams.Great hopefully will help her to pass .
