Great for grilling small stuff & fish
These are great for grilling small stuff like veggies and shrimp and light/flakey things like fish. We have used multiple brands of these grill mats. They are all pretty similar and pretty good. These ones are as expected - thick weight copper sheets with a Teflon-type coating. They are flexible and conduct heat great. I suppose they would be easy to clean if they came off the grill with the food and got into the sink to soak asap but my hubby always leaves them on the grill until the next time he uses it so ours get really junky & we end up tossing them.

Grilling made easy
So we used the grill mats today!!! So it was nice to not have to scrub the grill down after grilling, the smoky flavor is within the meat the holes allow smoke and steam to penetrate the meats you cook and it is reusable!!! On the top rack of the dishwasher it is safe, also hand washing in hot soapy water. I would only reuse if the mat is in good shape….
