I have read that cinnamon is good for lowering blood pressure. I am also using ginger and cayenne. I stopped using lisinopril after many years. High quality cinnamon. However, the capsules they use are super flimsy and cheap. You gotta down these lightning fast, or you'll have loose cinnamon. Some capsules just break on their own in the bottle
