I've used a couple of the Natural Balance foods and my dog always loves them. The food looks great, they have several quality options. My dog always looks forward to getting this for dinner.

Listed as a pack of 12. Received a single pouch of dog food. Astronomical price for one meal. Since “non-returnable” no avenue to express complaint until the lengthy process of making a phone call.

I had purchased this dog food at Home Goods and thought I would give it a try for our dog. He is a13 year old shih tzu and a very picky eater. He is deaf and blind so I think his sense of smell and taste are elevated. From the first time I offered this to him he gobbled it up! Winner winner chicken dinner! I ordered a box of this online and it was received my order in a couple of days. The only thing I would want to change is the ability to get a mixture of flavors that could be purchased with a variety of flavors.

As many others have said, the food is just fine, good quality and the dogs love the taste and it seems to digest well. The pouch is big and good for a couple feedings. Unfortunately, the description is scammy and misleading- you do not get a pack of 12, you get one. I would never pay $6 for one feeding, unless it were magical food, which it is not. It came and I expended four packs of twelve- I got a tiny box with four packs. I called Amazon and got my money back.

Ordered product that have used but only available in the 12 pkg count for my son who was taking care of our small 7 pound chihuahua as my husband was in emergency care & away from home. It’s a good product my CONCERN is all 12 pouches expire 10-07-24 next month NO WAY can this little bit eat that!!! So out of money & pouches expiring. I’m definitely not “happy camper”

I ordered (2) 12 packs, I got far more than 24 packs, which initially I was excited about the extras. Had a feeling so I checked the expiration date and they are all 8/4/2024, so a month from today. I have a small dog and split these packs into 2 or 3 servings which was why I was excited to find these at such a good price. All the extra food I will have to donate because I don’t want to waste it and am unable to return. I gave 2 stars because it seems pretty intentional to “unload” so many packets because they’re about to expire basically. A little disappointing.

Regretfully my dogs refused to eat it after three days. This is not the products problem it is my finicky eaters
