I have been using this bag for several months and built quality on the bad is excellent. It mounts very easy on my bike rack and it is very secure. I ride on trails at times with bumps and holes and the bag never falls off.I love the removable inner bag/pouch in the bag but when filled, it blocks access to the bottom of the bad. I wish bag itself would be a little bit bigger. Excellent bag for long rides to put in a jacket and some snacks. It started raining one time and the bag kept everything inside dry so the seams are sealed well.

I've been using this bag for work commute for 4 months now and it's held up pretty well.I've only had the zipper handle for the helmet net pocket came off, but that was from a bad fall I took where the bag skid on asphalt for 10 feet. Aside from the zipper, no other visible damage was done.

I use this as a daily bag for school that I occasionally bike with. It functions well for what it does. I wish it was a bit wider to fit books and folders better but I have not had an issue with it. It seems sturdy with using it for a few months. The laptop holder is a nice addition because the holder suspends the laptop so it isn't resting on the bottom. It seems to protect it from bumps of the road.

Ordered this item as I am returning to school and am now a bike commuter, so I wanted a bag that would easily attach to my bike's back rack and also be comfortable to carry around campus.I ordered a couple different models and decided to keep this one since it is fully waterproof. I live in Seattle and felt I needed to be prepared for precipitation - the other bags had separate rain covers and I don't want to have to pull over to put it on if it starts raining while I'm riding. I also found the backpack straps on this one easier to convert to compared to the Huntvp 27L Bike Pannier Bag Backpack. I appreciate that the laptop padded insert is fully removable. The clips are easy to get on and off my rack and low strap does an excellent job keeping the bag from bouncing - honestly better than the hook on my Ortlieb back rollers. I wish the front pocket was a bit bigger but it can fit my bike light, compact wallet, lip balm and hand sanitizer with some wiggle room.I'm deducting a star because the water bottle pockets are SO narrow - it is a stretch to get my narrow Camelback 25oz bottle in there and none of my travel coffee mugs are narrow enough to fit.I deducted another star because the seams are already showing wear - and I'm only using it 3 days a week for less than 2 months so far.

I was looking for a good backpack-pannier and this bag checked all of the features i was looking for. I have another rhinowalk pannier and my one complaint was that the pannier clips don't have a cover so the pointy clips are exposed when using the pannier as a bag. this backpack has a clip cover. very cool.my one criticism would be the quick grab strap (inside the zipper where the back back shoulder straps are stored) is thin and doesn't seem like it was designed to hold much weight. this is a shame because it requires me to support the bag from the bottom when i'm fully loaded and removing this pannier from my bike rack.another nit pick would be the laptop case inside the bag. there are only two clip on buttons holding it against the inside the bag and easily comes off as i'm digging around the bag. cool feature that was added though.the detachable shoulder straps and the lower part of the shoulder straps that turn into a pannier to bike rack securing strap is pretty ingenious. kudos to the designers.not high fashion, but the black is fashionable enough. the shoulder straps seems like they can hold a good amount of weight and the chest strap is much appreciated. the fabric used for the bag is some kind of heavy duty rubbery plastic. probably not the best on your back during hot weather, but i have another rhinowalk bag made of the same material and it's thick and super sturdy.all and all i'm very satisfied with my purchase.will update my review if anything breaks and when i figure out what the air valve does.

Bought this because I liked its design as backpack/pannier bag the most and still think it's a pretty great design. If this is the only bag within your price range, I'd go for it. But if you do, be ready to work hard on fixing it several times over the first few months. As for me, I've lost the outside pocket, which is poorly sewn into the bag and thus the flap that separates it from the main compartment fell off-meaning the outside pocket just connects to the main compartment. I've also lost part of the hook that connects it to the bicycle, since it just came off, and as a result have to strap the bag on with a makeshift hook so that I don't drop my bag in the middle of the road (as had happened several times when it broke). This is over 4 months of ownership, so I don't anticipate to have this bag for too long. Buyer beware!

It was looking for a pannier that was easy to carry as a bag, in this case, a backpack, and easy to attach to the bike rack. This bag is perfect, the right size, the color is stunning and it was exactly how it was described in the website. I’m very happy with the product and I highly recommend it.
