I have used Biofreeze in both the roll on and the patches for quite some time now and really have enjoyed the benefits. Applied to my neck, shoulder, and elbow before golf and it helps the muscles and I have avoided pain during my round. It works great and the aroma is pleasing.

I have been using Bio freeze for 25 plus years for back pain. I love it, bc it really helps with pain, it freezes the pain away. I was so happy to see that Amazon had it and the price is good. I got the roll on, which is great. And it dries quickly.
