My card arrived in a sturdy cardboard box and further within a protective envelope to which I assumed that my order had arrived in perfect condition. However, upon removing the card from the protective envelope, there was a dent and a tear out of one of the sides... HOW? The only way this could have happened was if someone packing the cards damaged it and didn't care enough about quality control and thus decided to send it anyway! Additionally, the D.I.Y. envelope was not something I appreciated at all... Yes, it may be more environmentally sustainable, but what is the point if the product has to be thrown away anyway because it does not work as intended?!

This card suggests it's suitable for a woman, and it would be, but I gave it to my strapping son, who does all the hard work in my garden. He seemed to appreciate it.
