I'm not sure the chew proof claim is correct, although the frame is metal, I'm sure my two 8 month - old Cocker Spaniels will eventually manage to chew through the mesh. Purchased for outdoor use, I expected the rain to drain much quicker than it does - it still has puddles on it. The dogs are very grateful I purchased it as they missed the previous similar one, which they managed to trash!

It bugs the hell out of me, really really drives me nuts, (OCD type of thing) it's not level as one leg is longer than the others. It wobbles a bit. Does the dog care? Nope. He bloomin well loves it! Nice air flow under his tummy in this weather (hot summer time btw) is just what he needs :)
