beautiful quality
i got this music box as a memorial for my recently deceased cat. the tune is beautiful, and there is just enough room inside to write a note, place a lock of his fur, and tape a photograph on the inside of the lid. i painted over the music box to customize it, add his name, and make the cat figure match his orange and white markings. it arrived in time for the funeral too. i am very happy with this purchase, it has helped me greatly through the grieving process. ♡

Cute but needs to be turned constantly
It doesn't crank and play, to make the music you have to manually turn it. Otherwise it's cute. Not really a box for holding anything either

sweet little gift
This was a gift for a 1-year-old's birthday (but will monopolized for now by her 3 1/2 year-old sister, who "helped" unwrap all the gifts). Sweet little tune, which I hadn't known before. If you look up Castle in the Sky on YouTube, look for 3. Laputa Castle in the Sky, with attention to about 2 min and 35 seconds in for the part you'll recognize. We were delighted!
