Bought this to make cousin IT for Halloween pictures. Used all of the skirts. They are very thin, but it served its purpose. Pictures turned out great.

They worked great for the occasion just be aware, extremely flammable

Ordered for a group picture. Good quality material and made well. It filled what we needed but it could have been a lot fuller.

These had an elastic waist rather than adjustable velcro waist band.

We used them for a Luau theme event. Worked well. A little thin so we used 2.

For plastic hula skirts these are durable. They have a velcro fastener to keep it on.

You can get a better product at the dollar store. Stay away from these!!!
