Love this item fr fills the gap between my head and my chair perfectly I was kinda skeptical at first because I saw frequently returned item but I will indeed not be returning this neck pillow super worth the money and super adjustable and the shoulder pads helps soooooo much fr I play games at night for long periods of time like 5 hours and now I feel like I can play longer …..also another thing to mention the picture lowkey makes it look like it has a huge neck part which again I was skeptical but the neck part is not huge at all it’s perfect honestly

Gaming chair that doesn't allow your head to tilt back is a crime! Between my car and my gaming chair, my head do not have the opportunity to tilt back with support. Lately, I have been getting neck stiffness. Usually, things get better after sleep but not this time. It gotten a lot worse and the chair I'm sitting on a lot do not provide the support my neck needs.I can't say I can attribute my recovery fully on this neck pillow alone, but it does help in giving my neck the supports it needs to engage my neck muscle instead of the void that was usually there. I took my vitamin D and walking outside in the sun to make sure I'm not vitamin D deficient.Now I can move my head freely without pain and I have found myself asleep twice on my chair. It was that comfortable.It slipped on my chair with no strap adjustment and it was at the proper height (roughly). I do need to do micro adjustment to get it at the right part of the neck, but once it's there, I can rest on it without it moving around.There are two bumps at the back to massage your back muscles that I wasn't initially fond of. But it grew on me and I like them there now.The cover material is very smooth and comfortable. This is unlike my previous lumbar support cover that has weird texture that can grab onto my thin T-Shirt's thread and pulling them out. I had to put regular T-Shirt over it if I want to make sure my T-Shirt I was wearing won't get messed up. I'm contemplating on getting the lumbar support from this company as well now. I've been using my sleeping pillow currently as lumbar support.

I am extremely sad and disappointed. I absolutely love the design of this product. I think how it comes down and the balls are positioned just perfectly on your shoulders for excellent pressure points. The design is awesome!But the memory foam is disgustingly chemical Laden. I wish they made this in natural latex or something else that wasn't toxic.I guess I only get one review for both the neck support and the lumbar. Both of them are great I really have to complement the lumbar. But both are excellent! Except for the chemical smell that is intolerable. I was going to use it in a vehicle and would be in closed with it and this memory foam will off gas forever. I've had memory foam that doesn't smell this horribly but I wish they made it with a safer latex or something. I'd like to contact them and see if they can use this mold for natural latex

Works fine my back feels better

Might be perfect for some but I found it to be very stiff with little to no give. Not cushy in the least. If maximum support is what you seek, this may do the job.

ive had this for many, many years and its still supporting my head as if it were new.i made my simple chair completely aftermarket, as everything on the chair is custom aside from the hydraulic mechanism but this product was necessary for my neck, and it still works well. five stars.
