I had come across an ad for a different brand and being that I feel anxious often I really wanted it. Problem was it’s $105. I just ugh, I’m not cheap, but I really just didn’t want to spend that much on a stainless steel tube for breathing. Especially since I wasn’t sure it would work. Then I came across this well documented review where she compared the $$$ one to this one and this one was her first choice. So I thought okay for $20 I will try it. So glad I did. I cannot tell you the last time I yawned. I know that’s weird but I was watching a show and they were talking about empathy and if one person yawns, etc etc. And I remember thinking in that moment sheesh I don’t know the last time I was relaxed enough to yawn. 🤔Then this arrived. Three breaths in I had the biggest yawn! By the time I got to the fifth breath I had yawned three times. What the what!?! I was so relaxed. And I had tried breathing exercises on my own and nope, nothing like this. This is definitely a winner. I’ll now be ordering a second because my five year old loves using it.

Obviously this is a very specific kind of help when quitting. Don’t let this be your only quit source. this helps with hand to mouth routine but helps minimally. It’s pretty but the chain totally turned my neck green it looked like I was strangled or something like my entire neck was bruised in a circle. So now I just hold it when I use it

I suffer from anxiety on a day to day basis. I do therapy, meditation, breathing, yoga, etc. Anything to try to stay in the "calm". I came across this kind of breathing tool on another website (Komuso). However, the price on those things is pretty high. While I can appreciate good quality and having to pay to get that quality, it was just way out of my price range. I searched online for weeks trying to find an alternative. I considered wood ones, bamboo ones, etc. But they were not pretty and I was worried about them going with my work outfits. Then I came across this one. I searched through reviews and did my homework before buying. I have had it for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it so far. The packaging was very nice. I got the rose gold one. It so beautiful, and it works with all of my outfits. No one even knows what it is! Not that I am worried what people think, but I don't like explaining it to everyone I meet. It works if you follow the instructions and really focus on your breath. I have used it several times to calm me down and it really helped. This is especially important when I get anxious while driving and need to calm down fast. Great purchase. I am so grateful for this item.

I got this necklace in the mail. I have ordered several before, but not from this company, the necklace came with knots in it that absolutely cannot come undone unless you go to a place that has a magnifying glass. Also, the necklace should be hanging a lot lower than it would I have a small neck And this would absolutely not allow me to use the device to flip up in my mouth to use it properly. Please do not waste your money.

I vape to much and I know it. I needed something to help me cut back. I tried it the way it was intened. Didnt lke it so I imporvsied. I bought Crest Scope Mint Breath Mist Spray I spray a tiny bit on the end of a cotton swab (peel the end off and use the sick part of the cotton swab to insert it) and put it in the end. I feel lke im drawing something and it tastes good! It is helping much more than I thought it would.

I bought it thinking I could use it while I work and other activities. Nope. You need to keep a hand on it. It's too heavy to just put in mouth leave there. It will make your lips hurt. They should make a super light version, or just get yourself a light straw.

The media could not be loaded.  I highly recommend this to help with mild anxiety, to remember to focus and take a breath and also to help quit bad habits. I used it to quit vaping and it worked. You have to want to quit. Watch a video on how to use it. Sometimes the weight of it is just calming to hold and also to feel around my neck as a reminder.

The product looks nice but, for anxiety/stress relief in a breathing exercise it holds no resistance on your exhale which does not help to slow or control your breathing. Some breathing tools offer some resistance in the exhale which cause you to focus on your breathing. This item does not have that and therefore you could just breath with out it.

It look good, feel light and yet sturdy. I got it to compensate with my habit of smoking. You have to kinda block the hole we're the chain goes through is you want to have the feeling of inhaling something, otherwise it's like breathing through a straw. To be honest I didn't use it much and it ended up in my necklace grave drawer.

Chain broke almost immediately, a day or two after. Very cheap qualityThis works well by slowing your exhale, but I'd say it needs to be bored out slightly larger to have a better inhale to exhale ratio.

Wife bought this without reading reviews. Save your money and take the ink sleeve out of a pen and use that. Yes, it’s that useless.
