Smidge evening magnesium supplement is so amazing. Before I found this product, I struggled falling asleep at night and getting a good nights rest. I love taking smidge’s magnesium glycinate to help me fall asleep. Initially I tried melatonin, however, that left me feeling groggy. Smidge helps me decompress and fall asleep within an hour of taking, and I wake up feeling well rested. The description states no GI upset which I also find to be true. The capsules aren’t large and recommended dose is only 1.

I was struggling with my quality of sleep. I wanted something that would help me shut off my mind but not leave me groggy. If I took these when I could allow myself at least 8 full hours, I did feel rested without feeling groggy in the morning.
