Cinnamon for blood sugar support
These seem to work great. They don’t upset my stomach and they are easy to take. They seem to be helping my blood sugar levels. I stopped taking my daily insulin and started taking supplements. I take one with each meal. They don’t taste like anything. I recommend these for anyone wanting to try cinnamon for their blood sugar levels. You might not get the same results as me, as everyone’s body is different. But I do recommend them.

Good quality to cost ratio
It is a ground Cinamon bark in a capsule... not much to say. I take one every day to combat the after taste of fish oil I take. Both are in capsules... I believe in Omega 3 benefits and take it daily. Have not noticed any signs of lost youth returning, but do not feel much older neither. At 60+ one should care such details like staying healthy and fit.
