This set, along with one other were purchased to decorate a girl's bedroom. Our daughter upgraded from hand-me-down items to a "real" bedroom. Being on a budget, I got the important items first (decent mattress, frame, rug for cold floor, clothing storage, desk) which left a slim purse for decorative items. My thrifty, plan ahead daughter went with neutral colors for bedding, curtains, and walls, rug. (All purchased on sale from Amazon). To jazz things up after the "important" stuff was taken care of, we brainstormed ways to get the biggest bang out of what was left in the budget. These made the cut. And they look awesome. We simply hung them at varying heights from her ceiling over her bed and reading nook using spare fishing line her dad donated to the cause by tying them to small, clear pushpins. The effect is really neat. I wish I could upload photos, but since my phone's last update I'm unable to do that. I'm hoping that once that's fixed, I can come back to my review and add them then.They were easy to assemble, and we worked on getting them all ready to go while watching a tv show together. The hanging strings they came with were perfectly fine, we just wanted more variation in height for decor purposes.The tissue paper "puffs" were a tad tricky to work with. My daughter was in too much of a hurry and a bit too aggressive in her efforts and tore a few of the frills. It wasn't hard to fix, but I recommend patience and a light touch.The paper lanterns were easy to expand. Again, a little patience and a light touch! If that's not you, recruit someone who likes taking their time. (Not that they take overly long to prepare. You just can't go ramming pieces together and for goodness sake, if these are for a party, DON'T wait until the last minute to do these! I would make these up well ahead of time and store them carefully and NOT crammed together in large trash bags or storage bins so they're ready to go.)I would certainly purchase these again!

I used this product to decorate a yard for a repast for a deceased women who loved purple and people Loved it.

Cute decorations but I was missing the globes. Only received lanterns and a lot of paper flowers. A little disappointing.

I used the tissue poofs to frame the banner and they came out so cute!! Saving the laterns for another event.The tissue puffs took me about two nights after work. Don't expect these to get made quickly especially if you're a parent too.

Annoying to put together but they look good they are small

Una vez uno lo arma es divino y decora espectacular, sin embargo duramos como 1 hora armándolo. Hay que tener en cuenta eso, no me imagine que viniera sin arma y que fue Tan dispendioso hacerlo.

Cute but a big pain to put together. There are time consuming steps so do this the night before, not the day of, like me. BIG mistake. You can basically go to Michaels and do this yourself for a LOT less. Still cute and looked good for the party.
