Too soon to tell

I started taking this a little under two weeks ago. That's not enough time to tell if it is helping with muscle gain. As far as energy this definitely helps, especially when working out. I will provide an update once I've taken it long enough to see if there is a noticeable difference in muscle mass.There is no taste to these at all, not even an after taste. Take one pill a day and it's easy to swallow. I did not have any negative effects with this. I think it's worth a shot, if not for muscle gain, then for the energy boost. No crash either. I would purchase again.
