The media could not be loaded. Our cats love cup water, so I thought they would Iike this fountain. Nope, after one quick look, they ignored it, just like they ignore their standard drinking fountain. But I don't care, because I really like it! It's got a nice heft to it, the spinning ball is nice, real glass, not plastic or polycarbonate. One small quibble, it's a little difficult to attach the water tube to the ring at the top where the glass ball sits. It's very narrow on the inside and hard to get a adult sized hand far enough inside to attach it. The ring light that attaches to the tube further restricts access. But once assembled it looks really cool, especially in the dark. The pump moves the water briskly, but it's not loud. I've had it for a few weeks now and noticed this morning that the water and glass ball were moving sluggishly. I figured the pump was probably clogged (that also happens with pur cat fountain, these small submersible pumps get clogged or develop a slime as time goes by), so I unplugged it, took out the pump and rinsed it. I was trying to keep the water tube attached to the top while cleaning the pump, but the cord is short and the tube popped off. So after a minor struggle I was able to reattach the tube and it's back to providing a robust miniature waterfall. It's very soothing to watch the water drop into multiple tiny basins while the glass ball spins. I guess our cats aren't as enchanted with moving water as I am!

This fountain is so beautiful and very peaceful to listen to as the water flows. The spinning ball is a nice touch too, especially the changing colors on it. Love it so much.

The glass ball on top is clear.The lights are under it making the different light variations. Beautiful light display! The ball does sometimes stop rolling if its not sat on top just right and if there is not enough water in it to keep it rolling.But it is an easy adjustment.The only downfall is there is not an on off switch.You have to unplug or plug it in every time.That is a little annoying because my fountain is sitting on tv stand which I have to pull in and out every time I turn it on or off.Thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that it is still beautiful and eye catching to all who sees it😉

The media could not be loaded. There was nothing that I liked about this product. It wasn’t even as bright as it showed in the video. You could barely recognize the water sound if not at all. The ball stopped spinning. And when I spoke in a chat with Amazon, they told me that I would have to pay to return it. Also, I would not get a credit back to my account for what I paid, until it was returned and they received it. This was a gift for someone for tomorrow for their birthday now what do I do? This is not my doing. I am so upset about this

Fountain worked great until we moved recently. Went to set up this fountain again and for some reason the lights work but PUMP FAILED TO WORK. Is there any way to buy a replacement pump from you or do we need to order a whole new fountain? THANKS AND PLEASE CONTACT ME

Even with watching the video online the specific model I purchased is incredibly difficult to connect the tub to the top of the fountain because there is no space to get your hand in and the tubing is too flimsy. We spent an hour and finally got it done, but I’ll say it was pure luck we got it to attach.

It sounds just like I wanted it to!! The light and ball makes it look beautiful!! Love it. Was a great choice!

Worked okay at first, but water pump is very cheap. Barely has enough pressure to push the water through on high. Also, I thought the globe was supposed to move... it doesn't because there isnt enough pressure. It's cute & will do the trick if you aren't looking for it to be a focal point of a room, but a nice accent. Made of cheap material. Invest another $40 for something better, is my advice.
