Thin and flat, but does the job.
Gathers between feet and thinner than downward dog brand equivalent, but stops hand and foot slippage. Pattern is somewhat pixelated. Comes folded rather than rolled, but can roll very narrow. That all said, very easy too work out on and comfortable. I would purchase again.
