My work is full on dirty job and these are great for stopping my phone charge port filling up with dirt

Got them to keep dust out my phone USB c at work, definitely does that job great, not lost a single one yet either, also used them on my steam deck's USB and audio Jack ports and anything else I can use them in to protect ports, you can roll the USB c ones out with your thumb or at worst hook then with the USB c connector to lift them, no real force is needed but they won't fall out on their own.

The phone jack plugs fit very well. Unfortunately, as other reviews state, the USB-C plug is not that tight and I have lost a couple through everyday phone usage - no the plugs did not drop into my pocket - they are gone into the forever

I bought these because I was hoping to stop lint and junk getting into my phone charging sockets - having had to de-lint the USB-C ports with toothpicks + thin wire [again sigh] recently. Unfortunately the USB-C guards stick out a sensible amount - probably so you can easily remove them - unfortunately this means when I put my x2 phones in my pockets these bungs get knocked out almost immediately: rendering them useless to me. If they'd have stuck out less and been annoying to remove they might have been more use to me.If you are not putting them into pockets then maybe your use of these will be more in line with how they were designed.

A little loose in the Type-C slot but the headphone jack plug fits snug as bug. The charger port cover isn't loose enough to fall out but if caught on something it pops out no resistance. Overall though, does the job they were designed for

Having worked in kitchens for decades, I have been having issues with things falling and splattering into my phone ports. I've had to replace a couple phones due to inability to charge to full capacity. These cover the ports great.They are difficult to remove if you have a case, however, I'm willing to deal with the difficulty in order to keep the ports clean.

Fits very well in phone ports to avoid dust entering your ports.The metal pin is a bit loose in the 3.5mm plug. I pulled the pin out of the plug.I was afraid it could get stuck in the port after removing the plug.The plug without pin remains seated very well in the phone port.
