This is a must have for anyone who own's or works with Firearms. This book provides unlimited knowledge and usable transfer of Skills to the Reader's. There is a Picture of every Firearm listed, as well as written instructions and information on how best to work with specific Firearms. A Must have, Very Satisfied.

I'm compiling a bookshelf full of books containing basic survival information that could be useful in scenarios when the internet is inaccessible. This book was a valuable addition to that shelf.

I've been reading through this book for a while now and I love it. It covers 125 different guns, with plenty of pictures and step-by-step instructions on the disassembly of each. It covers all types of firearms: revolvers, semi-auto pistols, shotguns (semi-auto, pump, and single), rifles (semi-auto and bolt), rimfires, and muzzle loaders. Like most reading material on the subject, its coverage of reassembly is simply "repeat steps in reverse order". But I've become accustom to that already. My only complaint, and reason for the four stars instead of five, is the lack of detail of disassembly on some of the guns. For instance, the AR-15. I tried using this book as reference when disassembling mine, but when it came to needing it (when it came time to taking the barrel off), the section on the AR ended and I was left without any detail as to how to go about it. So be warned, this book is not all-inclusive. Keep it for reference of basics on many firearms, but nothing more.

Lots of good information on a wide variety of firearms..

Bought this to broaden my range of firearms knowledge beyond what I own. I know a lot of basic, and some intermediate, stuff but am not an expert by any stretch. It was a bit disappointing to find that some of the diagrams were blurry to the point of being almost unusable or completely mislabeled/numbered, and some of the stats were way off.Overall, still a lot of great pics and tips but anything referring to itself as a "bible" of anything should be pretty close to flawless and this is certainly not that...

Very well written and handy if you want to know about firearms to be honest. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent book, covers most well known and demanded firearm models. Great photography, well described breakdown, and for the odd ball/don't see often models, there are some of those in the book as well.
