The media could not be loaded. I love the speed, comfort, size, and how easy to build and operate the bike. This bike did come with a defective headlight but i reached out to the company and within only a few hours they responded and were very understanding of the situation and very quickly sent a replacement that arrived in less than a week and im so to have bought the bike from them. The bike functional for many things like putting a crate on the second seat and carrying things in it and taking a second person on a joy ride. This review may seem untrue and unrealistic but I’m just being honest so if you don’t believe then so be it. I was thinking about getting a Ridstar but I’ve realized that the Ouxi V8 was honestly the better option. The weight of the bike isn’t too much or too little. Also the power of the bike is perfect. The only complaint is how the battery doesn’t last me as long as I’d like but it’s not that big of an issue because i can ride for about 2-3 hours (without holding the throttle constantly). But overall the bike and the company is incredible and high quality. You definitely get your moneys worth! I highly recommend!

I have now driven this bike for 300 miles. Fast at 30 miles an hour. The seat in the back works well. I drive it about 10 miles each day at top speed and charge it overnight.I have had the back tire go flat 3 times. The first time was because I rolled it over the staples in the box. Not sure about the second. So I put the plastic liners inside the tire. These frayed the tube and I got a third flat. I researched the easiest way to repair a flat - this never worked for me before, but once I used rubber cement and followed the directions - I repaired it and now it runs fine. Rather than spending $20 every time it goes flat, I plan to just repair it. I will say that I repair without taking off the rear wheel which is a pain, but because this is a fat tire, it is easy to remove the tire and pull out the tube without disconnecting the wheel.***UPDATE 1100 Miles***I have been using this almost every day for just about six months. It still runs great! A few notes:1) I have fixed a few more flats - always on the rear tube.2) I switched the front and back tires because the rear tire is almost worn flat with 0 tread.3) the battery is not as long lasting, but I can still run on full throttle for 15 miles and much longer if it is on a lower speed. But this is true of all these bike batteries that are not Samsung brand.4) I replaced the break pads once so far.5) I had to adjust the kickstand so the bike did not fall over. This is very easy to do, as I found out.Finally - I saw a customer who had the planetary gears in the motor go out. That has happened to me on an older ebike at around 900 miles because of cruising up really steep hills. So far this one has no motor problems.

I purchased this bike and it worked great for a few months. After that small things started breaking but still rideable. Then the motor and display would not work consistently and then the forks snapped. I reached out about it because it is still under the warranty. They worked with me and wanted to see videos and pictures of it. They claimed the videos and pictures didn't prove anything and they wanted me to take it to a bike shop. The bike shop confirmed it would cost more for the parts then to replace the bike. Since then no communication back and it has been 6 weeks after numerous attempts from me asking for assistance.

It’s a great bike and has a great display especially for the price even better than the ridestar in my opinion the bike might need some better brakes but other than that this a great buy and great for transportation it comes with an option for a send seat if the first one isn’t big enough and can hold up to two people maybe even more!

This is a good value for what you get (I purchased two). The assembly is pretty straightforward, however, the instruction manual offers little thumbnail photos that are not much help. There are plenty of videos online offering instructions on how to put it together. The seat is fairly comfortable and offers multiple riding positions due to its length. The passenger seat that it comes with actually works very well. We've been using it with our 7-year-old daughter with no problems. The headlight at night is bright enough to see any obstacles and avoid them. The battery life in my experience has been great. However I do a lot of pedaling.There are only two things that really bothered me. The brakes are not great. They will stop the bike, however they are extremely noisy and squeaky. The noise takes away from the tranquility of riding a bike. Also, when you arrive somewhere populated with people, it's just embarrassing. I tried everything I could to quiet these breaks down, to no avail. I finally caved in and bought some new brake pads. I only spent 10 bucks to outfit two bikes with brake pads. The new pads are much better and the noise no longer exists. The other minor issue is one of the headlights was scratched and it looked like they tried to go over it with a black sharpie from the factory. I would have rather seen it just scratch due to shipping. The fact that they actually saw it and tried to cover it up with a sharpie is disappointing. If they saw the manufacturing defect they should have just put a proper light on the bike.

Great bike! Kids love it. It is a perfect option for a beginner E-bike: My kids have been riding them not stop, and I love that it is making them get outside more. I had to reach out to the seller for a miner issue and they responded and resolved it within days! Not only that, but reached out again to make sure we were happy!! Higher recommend this seller and appreciate your excellent customer service. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
