Items had a sticky residue on the surface and scratches throughout the chrome to the base metal on the towel bars. One hook post was loose, and the other had completely fallen off; both were able to be fixed. The price for this set is high for the finish and quality of the product. The wife loves the design, so she's willing to ignore the scratches to the towel bar.

The black finish on one of the sets was peeling, but still a good value for the money and my expectations were low to begin with.

Everything with this product is great, looks good and installs easy. However the toilet paper roll holder is too small as it doesn't hold a full roll. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until after I installed it. Obviously the rolls of toilet paper in the US are larger than in China. So unfortunately now I need to try and find something at Lowes or HomeDepot that matches this product's style but large enough for normal sized TP roll.

I purchased these a while back but just recently hung them up. These were very easy for me to hang, and if I can do it, anyone can. They look really good hung up. I liked this particular set because I could buy what I needed and not what I didn’t need, for instance I needed 2 towel bars, one toilet paper holder, one hand towel rack, and 2 robe hooks. They even came with anchors if mounting somewhere without a stud in the walli would recommend these.

I liked everything about this, until I tried to put a larger roll in the toilet paper holder. It will only fit a really small roll. I happen to remember when a normal roll was large, and then gradually became smaller and smaller. Now a "normal roll" is a silly small size. Seems, to save money, the roll holders, have become smaller also, except they don't say what size they are. Would have been ok, if they indicated the size, or given clear directions.

Product looks great. Have had for a month and still happy with it. Towel bar feels a little cheap and light but something of higher quality I’m sure would cost much more. Overall happy with purchase and look.

Easy to install, but required reinstallation when the anchors gave out after a few weeks of use.

Just the larger set we needed (more for 2nd towel bar to separate kids towels) Light in hand, but sturdy once hung. Look great, very pleased. And can't beat the price !

Para ese uno, se requiere una llave Allen(Allen wrench) de medida especial, que no tengo a mano.Quisiera saber como contactar al vendedor para que sustituya ese TORNILLO DIFERENTE, TENDRE QUEDEJAR SIN INSTALAR UNO DE LOS ACCESORIOS, CONSEGUIRME UNA LLAVE ALLEN (desconozco medida)o DEVOLVER EL PEDIDO, en todos los casos, problema !!!! que decepcionante

This was such a great set to lot out our new downstairs bathroom. The pieces are really solid and installation was super easy with the screws provided, my level, pencil, and tape measure. I did use a bunch of my own butterfly style hollow wall anchors as I've had too many towel bars and hooks pop out of the wall over the years. I also used a hack saw to shorten the towel bar to fit my space.The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the hand towel ring is a bit tilted in towards the wall on the right side. I can't seem to adjust it hence 4/5 stars. It's not super noticeable but still irks me a bit as I like things level! I think I would still buy this set again and hope it was a one off issue.

Looks great, love the set. The circle hand towel holder tho has fallen off multiple times and won't regain its perfect circle anymore

I would say pretty good value for the money, compared to similar products. Also, very sturdy compared to other products in the same price range.

J'aime bien le produit. Pas encore installé car il me manque encore des morceaux ;(J'ai reçu le porte serviette- anneau, crochet pour robe de chambre , seulement barre pour papier de toilette mais pas les bouts.De même reçu une barre à serviette mais pas les bouts pour viser dans le mur.Donc il me manque une barre à serviette avec ses bouts, puis bouts pour la barre reçue, et bouts pour le porte-papier de toilette.Je comprends la situation actuelle mais j'aimerais bien recevoir mes achats. Merci
