Great for my purpose
I did not buy this for traditional purposes, I bought it to replace the inadequate spring that came with my 500lb rated dog tie out line. How and why you would rate the actual line for that weight and then provide a spring contraption only good for 1/6th of that is insane!I have a 70lb pit that has a tremendous pull strength so far so good!
