This powder adds a lot of flavour. The packaging is sturdy with a ziplock seal. It comes with a scoop which makes it easy to measure required amount. It blends well in smoothies. I use it in my morning smoothie with fruit and I add water rather than milk. It helps keep me full until lunchtime. It is better than more expensive competitor brands. I will try unflavoured next do that I can add it to a wider variety of foods
