This connector is made from rugged ABS plastic and will allow you to quickly decouple the hose, leaving the connector in place for the next time you need to put water into your irrigation system. When fitting the micro pipe to the connector, please warm the pipe in hot water. This will make it easier to slide onto the barb fitting. As the pipe cools, it will shrink back onto the barb and form a tight and waterproof seal.
