I use it outdoors, my house/ apartment. It worked great. I love the remote. Also a plus feature was the snow flakes shined through my upstairs bedroom window and I was able to enjoy its beauty inside my bedroom too. Many people complemented on my Christmas decorations. It added to my other Christmas decorations well.

I returned it because to get the definition I desired I needed to put it closer to the house which reduced the coverage. It’s pretty but I would have to operate two projectors to get the sharp quality I hoped for on my house.

Had a slight issue with brightness on my fist light ordered, the company took care of the issue no questions asked! I would recommend this company to buy from and their product. They stand behind it with great customer service!

Bought this for Christmas work for about a week then it wouldn’t turn on at all. Tried to trouble shoot nothing worked so I requested a return. Had to pay $21 dollars for shipping and print my own label. To top it off I still haven’t received the amazon credit and not only am I out $47 dollars for the item I am also out $21 for the shipping. Don’t bother buying from here. Some advice if it isn’t free shipping skip to the next vender.

I love this product. I used it indoors and it turned my living room into a winter wonderland. I love snow and miss that we no longer have a white Christmas and this really helped to get the snowfall effect. I highly recommend it. You have to play around with it to get it to the right position and the further away from your target areas the better.

I bought the snow projector to make the outside of my house even more festive for Christmas. However, once trying it out in the living room to make sure it worked, I couldn’t bear to put it outside! This was stunning on the high ceiling above my Christmas tree. It is now one of our favorite Christmas decorations.

These double-snowflake lights look beautiful when projected onto a surface no more than 10 feet from the light. Beyond 10 feet some of the snowflakes fade out because the lights aren't super bright. If there's another light source nearby (porch light or street light, for example) only the brightest snowflakes will be visible even at 8 feet.I really like them so why didn't I give them a higher rating? Read on.First reason - I bought them in January 2024 for use in Nov & Dec of 2024. I know they came on when they arrived, but will they last through a decorating season? I can edit this in a few months and give them another star if they do.To be fair, I didn't contact the seller about the following.Second reason -- Only 1 of the 4 lights I received appears to truly be new; 3 were returned items or possibly used.Each light includes a ground stake for outdoor mounting, 3 of which had dried dirt on the stake. Yuck.The 3 boxes had small tears, missing internal foam packaging, no plastic bag on parts in the box, and/or tangled power cords instead of neat twist-tie bundles. Not a big issue for me, but made me again question "are these new or used". They were advertised/ordered as "New", not "Used - Like New".One box was missing the remote control, but the lights can be controlled with a remote from another set.The lights come with a mounting bracket for a wall (I guess) and one set is missing a screw for that.

I like the brightness and projected accuracy, and variable speed, of the rotating snowflakes; 2 units adequately filled and lit my front house wall, 40'W x 12'H. I appreciate the 9' power cord and dual mounting capabilities; stake or screw down base. Because the fixtures are very light, I mounted the fixtures to a couple 2x6 boards cut to 5.5". There is, however, a significant Design Flaw. The fixture adjustable angle metal set screw is too short for the plastic treads cut into the housing. Although there is place for a nut cast into in the housing one was not included and the screw treads itself would not reach into it anyhow. I did go to my local hardware store and bought a longer hex screw and matching wing-nut. This works. Now lets see if the LEDs and motor last more than a season. A multi-color model would be good.

Compared to a "sporadic lights" projector I bought years ago, this one appears to be built better. It is also completely noiseless, I cannot hear any significant mechanical noise from it. It is not super bright, but should be bright enough for outdoors lighting after sunset. The projected image is clear and has reasonably good focus within about three to five meters distance. This projector comes with a 7 meters long power cord plugged into an AC power adapter, so this is a maximum possible distance between the projector and a house wall. I wouldn't recommend using an additional extension cord with it, as the power adapter is not the type that could be plugged into a weather-protected outlet. Besides, the image brightness will drop fast, the longer the projection distance is.I like the slowly dancing snowflakes, this is perfect for Christmas season. It is a summer season currently; curious to see how this projector will perform on a cold winter day. Its case is black, so it will be very noticeable on a white snow background, and the snowflakes theme is not really for the summer time. A white case could be better in that respect. Nonetheless, this projector will be good for creating cheerful holiday mood.

Work good love it

There are plenty of snowflakes projected by these lights. The farther away from the wall the lights are projected on, the larger the flakes become. You'll have to find a sweet spot for your liking. The electrical cord is long and weatherproof. The remote controls work well. I can change the look of the lights from inside the house instead of having to go outside to change the setting on the projector. I do not know how the projector will hold out in the cold and snow so 4 stars for now. I will update my review when the real snow starts to fall.

The media could not be loaded.  The ALINKEY snow projector lights add a festive mood to holidays.I love snow flake projectors. They are easy to set up and the dancing snowflake patterns are mesmerizing and soothing. The projector is rated at IP65, so is safe to use outdoors. There is a stake for ground mounting and a saucer plate to mount on a deck or to use inside. The projector comes with a twenty three foot cord to allow for optimal placement.I have another snow projector that I cannot use inside due to how noisy the fans and gears are. The ALINKEY is dead silent and suitable for use indoors.A remote control is included to set different speeds and flash patterns, and set a timer. The remote is easy to use with each function triggered by its own button. A battery is included for the remote. I personally prefer the automatic setting, which is medium speed, but you can accelerate the movement and even flash the pattern at different speeds.For safety reasons, the projector will automatically run for six hours, shut down for 18 hours, then restart the cycle. If you wish to run for a shorter time you can toggle between two, four and six hours.In conclusion, the ALINKEY snowflake projector is a simple to install and enjoyable addition to your holiday lights. You can turn it on at the start of the season, and the projector will automatically turn itself on and off through the holidays. So sit back, grab a hot chocolate, and watch the giant snowflakes dance!
