Really useful and no sticky mess
I love the command stuff, they're a bit more expensive than cheap stick on hooks, but its worth to not spend hours trying to clean off sticky residue. I use these particular ones to route my dash cam cable in my car. They're perfect for this as they're small and discreet plus easy to remove again. I would advise you make sure and 'de-grease' the surface you're applying them to - the previous owner of my car had cleaned the interior with a dash shine type product which meant when i first tried to attach these they wouldn't stick. A bit of washing up liquid sorted that out though. I've also used the larger sticky pads before to attack sat navs etc to my dash as well, which are obviously heavier than just some cable, and the pads have performed well.

Really Useful
These hooks/clips are very useful. I use them for hanging cards and lights mostly. They stick very well.I leave the first sticker side on for a couple of minutes before doing the second side, then wait another couple of minutes before attaching to wall. However, over a long period the clip can get brittle and break. Price is so good it's not a problem. Well worth trying.

Easily and cleanly removed from wall without removing paint
Too wide for iPhone 5/6 and kindle cables, which fall through. Work well for anything wider, as stated on back of packaging. Easily and cleanly removed from wall without removing paint.

Perfect for the job
I bought these to tidy up an ethernet cable that was trailing from the ceiling down to the desk, and although I had some concerns from other reviews I'm happy to say they have done the job perfectly. They are very easy to use, the most taxing part of the set up was counting to 30 for each adhesive strip, and although they've only been up for a week they show no signs of coming off the wall. I've used Command products in the past, and never had any issues with the strips loosening or damaging the walls, so I'm glad that this product seems to live up to the expected standard. The plastic clip for the cable was the perfect size, and although at first I was a little worried I would end up snapping them while clipping/unclipping, they didn't actually cause any issues. I expect over time the plastic may become more brittle, but to be honest with 8 clips in the pack for a very reasonable price, you really can't fault the product if one or two are lost over the years.

Excellent way to keep cables tidy
These are excellent. I wasted a couple not giving them long enough to stick before trying to clip the cable in, trying on a windscreen which wasn't 100% dry, and trying on a dimpled surface. Not of these are good places to use these clips! Stick to dry, clean and flat surfaces and these are great. They stick very firmly, but do come off cleanly leaving no residue, and easily hold an Ethernet cable or a couple of thin USB power cables.

Don’t waste your money on these ..
I usually like the 3M command products ( and use lots of them around the house) but this is rubbish!!!!! Way too small to fit a cable in and the sticky bit just not as good

Driven to write this review as sheer public service: ...
Driven to write this review as sheer public service: are your ethernet cables crude political cartoon analogies? Do they offer glorious virtual freedom while acting as lethal meatspace tripwires? Then get Command Small Cord Clips! Plan a route up to the roof then around the edges to the router (buy an extra pack to go right up to each corner with 2 clips instead of taking diagonals, it looks so much neater - likewise go all the way along the roof then straight down to computer/router/etc). I'm writing this message in the hope that if enough people read it'll go back in time two dang years to when I should have first done it myself.SURF IN UNTRIPPEP, UNYANKED, UNDISCONNECTED PEACE!

Has damaged the wall
Very disappointed with these item. Purchased both the cable clips and the hooks. Both items took the paint of the walls, so not really damage free. Items to go in the bin I'm afraid.

Convenient to use
I have a few cables (video, Ethernet, etc.) draped around my house and used these cord clips to help hold them up. In the past, I used the white ones, but I was excited to see a clear version so it would look neater on my non-white walls. Here are some things I think are most important: * SIZE: These can comfortably hold a Cat 5e Ethernet cable (the reason I originally got them), plus maybe another very small cable if you need to (3.5mm audio? never tried). It can also hold one Monoprice Cat 6 Ethernet cable but with no room to spare. I couldn't quite fit in my coax/RG6 cable in, but that will depend on the wire gauge. A thick DVI cable was also too big for these, but it does fit in the medium size.* STICKINESS: The white strips do stick more strongly than the clear ones. I've only noticed this when trying to run cables around corners, which I've solved by loosening up my turn radius a bit--something I probably should be doing for the sake of the cable, anyway. I don't think this will really matter for cord clips because I can't imagine someone using them for anything heavy enough to matter in the first place. In either case, you'll probably also want to follow their preparation instructions, including cleaning the area with alcohol first and allowing it to try, as well as having some "rest" time after installation before use to allow the adhesive to work better.* REMOVAL: I've changed my mind about where I want my cables and how I want them organized a few times. I've always had the clear strips remove without damage as long as I follow the instructions. Crucially, you need to pull the non-adhesived tab on the strip straight down--very far down. As it stretches, the adhesive holding the strip to both the hook and the wall will loosen (so hold the hook with your other hand to avoid projectile hook injuries). You *cannot* just pull the strip off the wall normally. That's the only time when I've damaged my paint, and it's only when I accidentally pulled the hook and strip off the wall during a cable-routing accident, and that was long enough ago that I can't even remember if it was a white or clear strip (I suspect the white ones are more likely to cause damage in this situation).* PRICE: These are hard for me to find locally, but on similar Command products, Amazon always seems to have the best price. Amazon also has a good price on the clear refill strips, which I can't even find locally. The hooks themselves are reusable. The pack comes with a couple extra strips, but since I've done a lot of rearranging, I've had to buy more.* OTHER: With both these and the white hooks, I've had the tab that the "arm" of the hook is supposed to latch into break off. This prevents the hook from working as intended, but with larger cables the "arm" still holds the cable in enough that I can barely even notice. I've had this happen on a few hooks (total--I've gone through several packs of these) and can probably blame at least a couple of those on me pulling too hard trying to put too much in the hook.In general, I think these clips work well and are priced reasonably. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to organize cords or cables without doing anything permanent or wall-damaging. Just be sure to follow the removal instructions if the non-damaging part of this product is important to you (it is to me--it's why I bought them).
