Fort arrived early, nice polite delivery drivers.The fort took 2 days to install, that includes a bit of replanning. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. We copied the instructions and laminated them so they didn’t get ruined.It is very sturdy especially if you cement the anchor bolts in. We ordered the telescope, steering wheel and climbing wall rocks. We also ordered the additional baby swing seat.The quality is excellent and blends in well with the garden surroundings. Very happy and a good little project.One thing to mention. Make sure that the ground you are placing it on is level and not sloping. There are plenty of YouTube videos that are helpful and the customer service at Dunster House are very obliging and answer your queries. I am glad I made this purchase as my grandson has a smile from ear to ear.

Fantastic service from dunster and the delivery service was impeccable and all items were accounted for and drivers were careful with the product. This climbing frame is fantastic quality and so much fun for the children. Looks great in the garden and so much better than other more garish play equipment that you can buy. Super sturdy and will provide many years of play and entertainment!

I researched the market, watch their many YouTube videos and settled on spending more with Dunster House than I would have with thecompetitors they are quick to discredit on their videos. I thought about the long term investment and wanting the best I could for my children.I underhand the delivery team were keen to leave quickly but I couldn’t firstly reconcile what I had bought with what had been delivered. The chaps needed me to sign.Therefore I called to register my concern that I may not have the right product and it wasn’t as it had been described.I was told to send an email.No one wanted to listen.Which is really odd considering the focus their marketing puts in being a customer focused / family team.However, I could have lived with that but unfortunately some parts are damaged, which has broken my little girls heart.I therefore will document and report to trading standards as they don’t have customer services at the end of the phone.This could have easily been avoided. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend this company.

A fabulous non intrusive climbing frame.It is extremely well built and strongEssential to have 2 people to build. Good instructions. Good price for the kit.Highly recommend this. Our little one is 4 and absolutely loves it!Brilliant customer service with Dunster.

Arrived promptly,delivered by extremely friendly and helpful staff. It comes from the company and they are very helpful and can be contacted by telephone or email easily. Not too difficult to follow build instructions but is definitely a two person job and would not recommend self build unless you are a fairly competent in Diy. Is really sturdy and our grandchildren love it. We purchased a baby swing which I thought was a bit expensive. But I would recommend it.

Bought this for my autistic son who needed the climbing frame to be really sturdy, well made and have chunky climbing slats. Well he loves it 😀. Worth every penny
