This is a good priced whistle. I take no responsibility in case of breakage or damage - I would advise anyone who purchases this to really tighten the end part as it tends to slacken off.

Once the plating wears off tastes horrible like the old brass coins.

Avoid, item decided to unscrew itself, even though they supply it with key chain attachment, so it's not a question of if it's of when you'll lose it. Should have read all the other reviews saying it happened, plus the whistle didn't even get that high pitch either. So if you fancy throwing away over £5 go for it.

I love these type of whistles, however, they do have a down side and I have lost more of this type due to them becoming unscrewed and the bottom bit falling off...... The whistle part!!!So would I recommend..... Yes if you can keep them from falling apart. Its a whistle and when used it whistles.... However, but for the fault of this whistle falling apart/becoming unscrewed I would say no get one of the other type.I use these to train my dog on recall and since then have had to purchase a different brand....Not as clear a whistle pitch as these but at least it doesn't fall apart.

Light weight but great sound

The retaining nut comes loose when exercising dogs on rough ground (despite having used PTFE tape to secure) Not a great experience having sent dog on retrieve Whilst others are watching, lift the whistle!!! nothing happens half of it is gone. rubbish

You have to be careful not to screw the whistle too tight or it doesn’t whistle at all and it’s not that loud but still a useful device.

CONTROL BARKING

It's loud enough to catch my dogs attention as we are on 20 acres.

Pequeño, suena fuerte (espero que en verdad suene lejos) pero para eso, tienes que soplar muy fuerte también, si soplas medio suave, el sonido es ahogado-"desafinado", como con zumbido.NO es imperceptible al oído humano, de hecho hasta lastima un poco.Dice que se regula el sonido al destornillar/atornillar, pero no cambia tanto.Por el precio está bien.
