I have had this for a couple of weeks now & use it every morning for my coffee. I had an old ceramic top one that had cracked & never did keep my coffee hot. I usually drink my coffee while on my laptop with my dog in my lap. I would have to get up several times and heat the coffee in the microwave. This one is amazing! It keeps my coffee hot enough so I don't have to get up and go heat it in the microwave. It is super easy to use & you can adjust the temperature from 130 - 180 degrees. You can also set a timer from 1-to 12 hours to cut the unit off. Only thing to be careful about is that it is very sensitive to touch & could be turned on my mistake. I wouldn't recommend using it where pets or children could get to itj. Otherwise, I love it and wish I'd purchased it sooner. It also comes in a variety of colors.

I just got this and it works great!! My room is always freezing so my coffee gets cold way too quickly. This keep it the perfect temperature! I will buy one for my home too. 🥰

Since I began working from home in 2020 (only good thing Covid did for us!) I've gone through multiple coffee warmers. I'm not even super hard on them. I always remember to turn them off and I only run them for about 2-3 hours tops and that's only if I decide to have a second cup in the mornings. But even with this tender loving care, I've gone through 2 or 3 warmers that just don't work well and/or stop working after a few months. I have really high hopes for this one! I love that there are FIVE heat levels to choose from and they really keep your coffee or tea piping hot! I have it on the highest heat setting when my cup is full but I decrease the heat as my cup empties so I don't burn my mouth on those last few sips. This is amazing! I've never had a nice HOT cup of coffee all the way to the end. I drink it too slowly, I know. I just hope this warmer will last! I'm thinking of buying another one for my bedroom as well so I don't have to keep moving this one from my office.

I looked a long time for a mug warmer that got hot enough, and had a large enough warming area, to fit my variety of mugs and to truly keep my coffee warm. And it took me a while to find a warmer that did NOT automatically turn off every time the mug was lifted off of it (how do those types of warmers ever get hot enough if they turn off every time you take a sip of coffee?!). This mug warmer finally meets all of my needs and expectations. I actually find I only need to keep it on the lowest heat setting, because it truly fits even my largest mugs. A couple things I learned about this warmer though: The silicone pad is useless, it gets very hot while sitting on the heating area, and it actually warps on the highest heat setting, so I don’t bother using it; and I find that some mugs will actually slightly stick to the heating area after sitting for a short period on it (I think it’s perhaps a bit of suction that is created under the mug) and if I lift the mug straight up, the warmer will start to lift with the mug, then fall off. To remedy this problem, I simply lift the handle side of the mug off the warmer slightly (to break any suction that may have formed) before lifting the mug all the way off the warmer. Easy enough to do, and problem solved. I LOVE this mug warmer. I bought three of them, so I could share my joy with others!

Overall it is ok and functions fine, but it doesn’t get hot enough to keep my tea hot. Definitely slows the cooling process, and in a small thin mug it will keep the bottom of my drink hot enough to drink. But mostly I still have to re-warm in the microwave.I also dislike that when you turn it on it starts at the lowest temp, so you have to turn it up every time. I wish it would remember the last used setting.Timer feature is handy.
