I was reluctant to buy without any reviews, but the product description sounded pretty good. We wanted something to bring back the natural color in the stone in our front and rear porch. We did not want a wet look and did not want it to be slick to walk on. The product did exactly what we wanted! It really brought out the color in the stone without a wet look!We have a log home and just had it re-stained. They used bleach and water to clean the logs before staining and the bleach caused a dull finish on the stone. This product really brought out the color in the stone and it looks great! We are very happy!

This product did exactly what I wanted it to do! No shine and water beads up when you get it on the floor. Very good product

Make sure you clean and wait till your driveway is completely dry before applying. I used a paint roller brush to apply, and it looks really good. You will need to pay attention to the weather, because you need 48 hours of dry weather to apply. So look for a time when you have 3 days without rain or snow. It is best applied during the fall. Stone absorbs alot, so make sure you have enough. I prefer to put down two coats, one coat on day one, then another on day two, then let dry on day three. Get hazard tape to be around your site. The yellow plastic film you see pros use. Its worth getting a roll so no on steps on it at least during the nights it is is drying.

On pink sandstone with brown veins I applied 2 coats as directed. The color did not darken much at all, and it looks dusty. I used 511 on one stone and it looks much better.

The product worked great, application was easy with a roller and cleanup was quick.One minor issue, after a week the concrete surface became a little slick to walking traffic.

Got this to seal a concrete "flagstone" type paver patio and walkway. I was hoping this would darken the pavers up a bit without making them shiny/wet looking, like a natural flagstone look. It didn't darken the pavers at all and added just a bit of shine, so now the pavers have an almost plastic-y appearance to them, the opposite of what I was going for. The gallon jug also covered half the square footage it was rated for, I did 2 coats like it recommended and only got the small ~120sqft patio done, not the walkway. At least I get to try something else on the walkway which will hopefully achieve the desired look a bit better...

I've never used a sealer before and wasn't sure what to expect, but this rolled on easily and dried well. My biggest challenge was keeping leaves off the driveway, so I did it in sections using a canopy to shield the driveway while the sealer dried. It darkened the color a bit, but nothing terribly noticeable. That turned out to be helpful to distinguish the areas that had been covered already. Being outdoors, the smell was not really an issue, but I would ventilate if you're under cover while using this. We'll have to see how durable this is over time, but it's already an improvement over what there was. The wet look can be too shiny for me, but this is a nice matte finish that is not so plasticky looking.

This product is very easy and smooth to lay. I rolled mine with a ruler has great coverage and provides excellent durability and keeps the rain out of the sidewalk. This is great quality product for a good price and the appearance looks great afterwards. I will definitely buy more of this product.
