Work as expected, good for when you have a few sets of headphones.

Ideal and work well, but rather expensive for what they are: I presume that it's the cost of the neodymium magnets.

They are just what you expect them to be if you're switching to a new headphone

I've gone through all 3 in a matter of 2 weeks, they don't stick. mic falls off after 20 minutes of being put on. the ones that came with the mic lasted 2 years.

I wish the glue were better on these things

Great replacements for when your originals break, same sturdy durability.

Bought a new set of headphones and needed a new connector. Arrived quickly and worked well with even my old gen version.

Has effectively saved me buying a new mic as without attaching the mod mic to my headphones audio quality is terrible. However with the new magnets and adhesive the mic is effectively working like new. Regardless $26 is a lot of money to pay for 3 tiny magnets and some plastic clips

Have one of these on the right side of my Quest 2 towards the front of it, as well as a second base on my headphones. Not sure why there are negative reviews, just let the base sit without anything attached for a day or two before use. Not difficult to do lol. Love that I can just swap the ModMic Wireless between the two super easily. I've had the two bases on for going on a year now without issue. Little bit expensive, but you also get a pack of the bases. All in all, still rating it 5/5!
