Great Value
Ok, it comes flat packed. Certainly requires a fair amount of assembly and requires some competence. But, I'm an office worker and I managed it. Helps if you have a ratchet set with allan key fitting and an impact driver for screws. Helps but, not essential. Home assembly is probably one of the main reasons that the price is so low. It's a little tougher than your average IKEA build but nit by much. However, instructions are clear and once assembled it is a sturdy and good looking set.Far better quality than I expected at the price. Really pleased, don't let the assembly out you off, it is worth the time and effort.

Looks good but hard to install
Pretty good but big job to install product. Chairs a bit flimsy but not too bad considering price. Looks nice though

) The chairs were easy to assemble but so tedious and time consuming
The item was exactly what we wanted. Although the table was a pain to assemble and very long winded. However when I emailed the provider they were more than helpful and sent a new table.( all the way from Germany.) The chairs were easy to assemble but so tedious and time consuming. I suppose you get what you pay for and this was worth the money.

Faulty wood. Dangerous
Product was hard to assemble. Once done on first use two chairs broke. One causing a friend to fall and hurt herself. The wood is obviously not properly treated and is brittle. The second chair the arm split the first time someone pushed themselves up from the chair. Neither of the users are heavy and they were only sat in them. Not bouncing around or moving. We’ve tried twice to reach seller but haven’t had anything beyond automated replies. Complaint now raised via Amazon

Not great quality at all!!
We has stored our set over winter in a dry shed. When not in use under a cover in the summer and within 12 months one of the chair seat struts broke. Ok the company sent our a new one straight away. I’ve just got the set out last month and again a seat strut has broken again. I am normal weight, so I’d hate to think how quickly it might of broke if I was over weight!,

Wood splitting after 4 months
The timber started to split after about 4 months in use. It seems even factory boreholes contributed to splits in the timber.Worst self-assembly instructions: they should learn something from IKEA!!!!Nice design and good value for money, but don't expect them to last more than one summer!

Good enough
I would not say they are difficult to assemble, however,it differently VERY time consuming. You so might need a hammer, some holes are slightly smaller t hff ab they should. They are comfortable enough. They are narrower than I expected them to be. They look really nice and they they are sturdy. So far so good. The only negative was that the table arrived a few days later than the chairs and the box with the chairs didn't have the assembling instructions. I had to wait for the second box to arrive.

Looks good, sturdy and pretty good value but seriously difficult to asssemble.
When I eventually got it all assembled the set looked great (just like the photos), is pretty robust and collapses away for easy storage. Also significantly cheaper than most alternatives. However, assembly was just as challenging as the other reviews suggest. Instructions are just about adequate except for one ridiculously small, busy picture on the final page of chair assembly. However, there are far too many similar (often very small) bolts, screws and washers etc, which can be almost impossible to tell apart, especially for the chairs. A few of the pre-drilled screw holes were squint, while two of the bigger holes (for passing bolts through) on the chairs were so small I had to use a hammer to get the bolt through (slightly split the wood on one occasion, although fortunately this was hidden once fully assembled). This would be a great product with more pre-assembly and better instructions.
