It’s my second order of this vanilla powder.I use it, along with cinnamon and brown sugar, to jazz up my soy yogurt every morning. I haven’t used it in baking yet but I’ll get around to it soon ,

I might have missed it here. But I thought I was buying unsweetened, pure vanilla powder. This is neither. It has dextrose in it which I did not want. I was looking for just vanilla powder. Literally nothing else. Now, this is probably fine in homemade hot cocoa or baking, but it's not fine for homemade vanilla creamer.

How can you cook or bake without vanilla flavoring? This Vanilla powder offers a great option to add that great vanilla flavor when liquid vanilla extracts aren't practical. I make my own French Vanilla Cappuccino mix and this is far superior to adding vanilla pudding or vanilla coffee creamers to the mix. Try it once and you won't be without it!

I 've used powered vanilla for years. It seems to last longer and love the fragrance.There is no alcohol.
