Overall an excellent experience
It is a very good product, no issues at all. It is fast, good quality and working perfectly. The price is very good for what could pass as a brand new laptop. Highly recommend.

Faulty screen and battery without evenn2 hours of backup
Laptop externally looks good when the screen was constantly blinking theybrwplaced it under the display issue now the battery is faulty with sudden decrease in charge and no proper charge retention. Customer service says its not faulty its refurbished and enjoy.

Wrong charger deliver with laptop
The laptop looks good but they deliver it with wrong charger.I can't charge it with the charger they sent with this laptop because not able to connect it.
