Good for what I use it for but with a downside.
This jug does what I bought it for in the garage but I would not buy to use in a kitchen. The problem is the label, it is impossible to remove it cleanly. I have tried different cleaners, up to and including acetone but I still see remains of the glue that fixes the label. I could never be sure that the remains of the glue would not harbor germs, not what you want when cooking.

Large sturdy jug!
I've just moved into an apartment that comes with my job, that only has a bath. I hate bathes.I needed to make washing my long hait easy and someone told me to get a jug.My hair is long so I wanted a big jug so it would lower the amount of times I had to fill the jug to wash the shampoo out of my hair etc. This large jug is perfect for the job. It's sturdy and easy to use unlike other jugs that once you fill up the handle wobbles.I'm sure this jug will also come in handy when filling my car windscreen wash up and plenty of other things too!

Great little jug - spoiler alert label removal advice contained in review!
Simple, cheap, small jug. Just the job for measuring the chemicals for my new camping toilet. If you are struggling to remove the label that is probably because it is plastic coated. Pick carefully at a corner of the label, you should then be able to remove the clear plastic film from the label is one go. Once you have done that use your favour (citrus smelling) sticky stuff remover to wet the remaining paper label. Leave it to do its work for a few minutes and peel the label off in one, as shown. Simples!

Really handy little measuring jug.
I have a standard 2 litre kitchen measuring jug that serves me well for measuring out large quantities of liquids, but anything below 200 ml seems to barely cover the bottom and measurement becomes pretty hit and miss.So this little jug is just great for those smaller quantities and much more convenient to use than the set of measuring spoons that I’d previously drag from the back of the cutlery drawer when it seemed measurements were more critical. The measurement scale is embossed on the side with 5 ml increments and is quite easy to read. They’re not overprinted in colour but if you need to it’s quite easy to pick out the numbers with an indelible marker pen to make them even easier to see.At the price there’s really no reason not to have one of these even if you have only an infrequent need to measure small quantities with any kind of accuracy.

Good little jug!
Good little jug that I find useful for diluting chemicals. really can't complain. It's easy to read and store with it sturdy enough to last a long time.

Good quality
This jug is really sturdy and should last a long time. I have not attempted to remove the label due to the fact that other reviewers say it's impossible to remove the glue. I know furniture polish is good for removing stubborn glue, but I haven't tried this yet because I can't be bothered! Very good value for money if you discount the can of polish needed to remove the glue! ;-)

Practical product.
I use this jug on a daily basis to fill the water chiller in our fridge. Rugged. The markings are easy to read. My only minor quibble is that the label was difficult to use.

OK I suppose...
As a measuring jug I suppose it's OK, but it's hardly a work of art. Cheaply moulded (or at least, it looks that way) with thin uneven walls and ugly moulding marks around the gradation scale, it's of noticeably rougher quality than similar items I've owned for fifty years or so, since the beginning of my photography days. Probably cost about fourpence to make. But my biggest gripe is the manufacturers' stupidity in attaching a large paper self-adhesive product label with 'permanent' adhesive which took me over half-an-hour to remove. And even then it left horrible sticky goo where it had been. A plastic label might have been left on, but such a flimsy paper one would not have survived getting wet. The residual gunge was eventually removed with lighter fluid, which fortunately did not affect the polythene-type plastic of the jug.Not checked the accuracy of the volume markings, but I presume they'll be near enough. On balance, four stars for 'fitness for purpose'... no stars for stupidity, hence a grudging overall three.Update - Now used for a week or so. Handle moulding has sharp 'mould-flash' outer edges which hurt hand when heavy with content.
