I bought this as a present for an adult stroke victim as I thought it would be good occupational therapy for her and her husband (an engineer) to work on together. Firstly I was disappointed that the presentation was just the yellow papery type bag inside a plastic bag - no box (though admittedly none shown in the product pictures) which makes the whole thing look cheap. Also there are no instructions, pictures etc to tell you how to use the pieces of plastic. I would have had to include images and text from the web to make it clear you can build 3D structures. I tried pushing together pieces myself and found that sometimes the small pegs only fitted into the holes in the other piece upside down (sometimes they worked both ways). Then I tried to build a 3D sculpture and found the pieces REALLY hard to push together (probably too hard for a stroke victim). Lastly I thought I would spell out HAPPY CHRISTMAS in letters for them before sending it and then discovered there were no letter Ts in my pack. I sorted everything on the floor and found completely random numbers of different letters (unlike scrabble where you know what you are getting based on frequency of use in the alphabet). The pack includes a good range of colours, letters, numbers, and +,-,?,!,=,squares, hearts, stars and triangles, but not (in my view) in the right mix. I have decided to return it (never done this with anything before) as there are too many problems to make an appropriate gift, especially the lack of the letter T.

Good for teaching colours
Brightly coloured, tactile and versatile. My 2 year old likes them. Good for teaching colours, patterns and sequencing as well as then fun of creative building. They are a little smaller than I expected but that doesn't hinder then fun.

very good
Looks very good. My grandson is more dexterous than me. Quite difficult for a three year old but thought it would challenge him.

Too difficult to interlock for young kids
I bought this for my 2(almost 3) year old and 4 year old kids..unfortunately the pieces are too difficult for them to interlock and so they quickly lost interest and gave up on them. Took them out again for play after 6 months and still no joy so a waste of money for younger kids..its more for older creativekids with better manual dexterity

Great product!
Good quality, excellent toy. This is fantastic bothdor dexterity for my 3yr old and also great for thinking about designs and using his imagination! He's really enjoyed playing with it. It's also light and easily transported and therefore comes with us if we need to take a few things to do out with us.The pieces are small but not small enough to worry about choking in a 3yr old.

Both my grandchildren loved them. Even occupied their mum
Both my grandchildren loved them. Even occupied their mum . The bag they came in made it easy to put away and carry. Light and strong which is good when temper tantrums happened and they threw them at each other they didn't hurt each other or damage anything the fact you can build things at angles led to unusual creations.Nice product

These are great fun. The children in my year 3 class liked them. They are strong and fix nicely together, they also have letters, numbers and shapes cut unto the middle of the disks. I was very pleased with them, and also liked the draw string bag that came with them for storage. Good for improving grip strength when pushing them together and pulling them apart.
