This was exactly what the product description said it would be. Now, mind you it took me and my wife roughly 1 week (following the instructions) to put just the pattern on the wall. Another week to pick out the pictures we were going to use with it and maybe another week or two to put them up. We did not use the picture frames in the kit, we bought ALL regular pictures frames from amazon that we needed for this project. We had one wall in our dining room that we did this to and believe me though it took us time to do this but it came out great looking. The pattern doesn't cost much, the frames did cost a few dollars but it's your TIME that was the biggest thing we invested. It's really beautiful looking.

If you like putting a million piece puzzle together, then this would be for you! I never have liked puzzles, so this was the worst product I ever received!! I thought the wall décor would be ready and easy to stick to the wall. But you have to do some type of assembly! The package came with sheets that contained numbers and letters. These were confusing to say the least! Then the package has some sort of plastic yellow sheets to place on the wall to line up other stuff! It seems like a daunting task to figure this all out! So I simply trashed it! It wasn't even worth my time to return this crap!!!!

First time I have ever rated anything less than 3 stars.... sadly...Great idea. I was excited. Very poor quality. Arrived in a small thin box- immediately I knew it wasn't as expected. Thin cardboard pieces not much thicker than cardstock..paper bag type material. No actual wood. A bunch of paper thin products.Entire package weighed less than 3 pounds. Save your money. Great idea-poor product

The thing I dislike was it was time Consuming, because I did it by myself, but if you was doing it as a family, it would be a great project. Am just a little confused on after I assemble this, what is the procedure to Insert the pictures into the frame? Do I have to tape the photos, or what, can someone help. Thanks

This product is a set of plastic backed with stickers. They give you a "map" that you tape to your wall & then you punch out the holes to place the corresponding pieces. The pieces have TWO SIDES you need to peel. The plastic side has brown paper that's impossible to peel if you have acrylic nails. The sticker side gets adhesive all over your fingers. I was committed to the project because I had planned this wall the whole time my house was being built.A few tips: 1. use painters tape & put it behind each spot where a photo goes to hold their places. (I plan to buy my own frames) 2. Put a piece of painters tape under the edge where the tiny letters are going to go so you have a guide to keep them straight. 3. Sit in front of the TV and separate the pieces & pull the brown film off of everything before you start. This makes the process seem slightly less tedious when you're hanging them on the wall. 4. Pull the "map" back as you're placing the pieces, it gets in the way & sticks to them as you set them. And the pieces crack if you try to pull them back up to remove it. I also tore the sections away as I finished them.I would've given it 5 stars for the appearance of it had they only charged 5 or 10 bucks.

I bought this for my mom but it was too large for her wall. We sent it back.

Took 4 hours to complete: Tacked up template and began the painstaking process of removing each piece from the template and lining up the black cut out. This got to be too much so after I got a few in place I took down the template each quarter at a time and began "eyeballing" it. This gave me a little leeway to be creative with placement of leaves and such. I did not put up the wording under "Family" and I did not use the frames provided. Instead I opted to purchase black wood frames that matched and went with a larger 11x14 for the middle.

Super beautiful, but a lot of work. I get lots of compliments for it, but I would recommend not using their frames and using your own.
