Easy to put together... Only two boxes, I cldnt believe it all fit in two boxes... but it did .. lol sturdy, comfy, beautiful... The cushions will slide off, so get some Velcro... The height is perfect, the cushions CLD be thicker... But still comfy... And do t leave them out in the rain... They will get soaked... This set is definitely worth the money.... I'd by it again...

This is very nice outdoor furniture that was easy to assemble. It was shipped in two separate boxes and once it was put together, the quality and look was very well worth it.

The product was a great bang for your buck. I've used it twice and everyone mentioned that it was comfortable. It is easy to clean because of the rattan material.Customer service: customer service was great. They replied within a day or two. I was missing a part and they sent one within the week. They also send you a cover for a review which was very helpful.Assembly: highly recommend using power tools otherwise it will take a long time (since there are a lot of pieces). It took 2 hours via power tools but assembly by hand might take at least 6 hours. Be careful with not screwing the screws too much/tight. A couple of the screws went through the metal (this happened both when doing by hand and using power tools). Sometimes the rattan covered the holes of the screws so you might need to use a screwdriver to peal apart the rattan to assemble it.Packaging: the packaging was great but a box was ripped from transport. Luckily nothing was broken. One piece was warped (not because of transport), likely due to manufacturing, but it still worked fine.

Arrived early, no damage. There are extra pieces and tools in case any are chipped or broken or if multiple people want to help put it together. It took me alone about 3.5 hours to put it all together with some breaks which was pretty expected based on the other reviews but the set itself is strong and comfortable! The backs are a little low but the cushions make up for it. The color is perfect and the dual color rattan is really nice. I would only recommend to do one box at a time! Some other reviewers mentioned this and it definitely helps to keep it all straight. Overall very happy with the set!!

I had been looking for an outside couch for a long time but they were all $600 and up which was more than I wanted to pay so when I came across this product I purchased it thinking. It was too good to be true. The size is perfect for my back deck. It was time consuming but easy to assemble and so far seems to be good and sturdy. It’s light weight so it’s easy to rearrange if need be. The only complaint that I have so far is that the cushions hold a lot of water when they get rained on and take quite a while to dry out. I am currently trying to figure out a solution to help with this.
