Product is adequately designed, and the seller has a good behavior
The product is adequately designed due to the fact that it has it's inner part glossary which is important for cleanliness, it also has 6-8 water holes for providing good flush. It comes with seat cover too.The product was received in adequate good packaging, which ensured no damage.Unfortunately, my seat cover was damaged, and the seller when contacted on call, they said they would send a new seat cover to replace the damage, it was replaced. I got a new seat cover hassle free without any headache.But, I would like to bring a fact to seller's attention that they should rather send the seat cover separately while delivering the order to customers because the seat cover which I initially received was damaged inside despite good packaging due to the weight of EWS.
