Very useful in the upright position. Shame about the back which has a missed stitch allowing the material to become loose. The assembly instructions are very poor, to say the least. Despite considerable help we still cannot decide if we have failed to understand the instructions or the recliner does not work.I have given it a four because it looks good and it allows me to use my computer comfortably.

fast delivery smart looking arms just right height for me relines brilliantly But comfort not to my liking needs more padding i am a heavy computer user doing crafts and i find myself having to keep putting a pillow to sit on to get more comfort but that is my only criticism .

Order arrived before due date. Chair a bit "fiddly" to put together - as are most office chairs. Took a while to work out how the reclining mechanism worked once chair was assembled - not in the instructions!!! The chair is actually for my wife so that she can cross stich in relative comfort and to prevent her getting a sore back - so far appears to be doing that job!

Purchased this chair about 2 weeks ago - quick delivery earlier than we expected -my husband managed to put the chair together without any problems.Only thing was we noticed a small nick in the material on the right hand side arm -we contacted RayGar and was amazed by there very fast response within 2 days they acknowledged our email and sent a replacement arm!We wouldn't hesitate to buy another product from RayGar - very professional firmAlso the chair is great - good value for money.

When I first bought the chair, I was rather impressed. For the price, it felt comfortable and sturdy, and I thought I was on to a good thing. 5 months later and I'm using a dining chair at my desk whilst I find a replacement. This chair is being used by nothing bigger than a spider in the shed. All of the joints started to squeak mercilessly, the piston randomly decides to have a rest and slowly lowers me until I might as well be sat on the floor, and the seat has a constant lean to the left. The chair is not built to last and I would not recommend buying this. It may be less expensive than others, but in the long run you'll end up paying more to replace it.

Purchased two of these chairs for use in my sound studio. Arrived before estimated date and five minutes spent reading the instructions sheet and identifying the small parts, helped with a speedy assembly. Very comfortable for myself and guests and after 3-4 months of above average use, they still look brand new.More praise can be given for after sales service. I enquired about obtaining a spare castor after an accidental breakage and I had a replacement in my hands within 48 hours of contacting the seller. Much karma for that.Highly recommended to other buyers if you want style, quality, comfort and sturdiness..

This chair is very comfortable and feels lovely to sit on. The instructions in the box are useless but it is straight forward to assemble so they aren't really needed.Once the arms are connected you might find that the back of the chair is not at a 90 degree angle. This is not a problem as once the chair is assembled you can adjust the bar which connects seat and back and this will make the back alter its angle.I would definitely recommend this chair.Thank you
