Substandard product
The switch is substandard. The option for hot temperature is non operational. Its difficult to move the button. It operates at low temperature only. Bad product and bad quality.

Tight and Stinking with Kerosene smell.
The belt is too tight on the shoulders and heats only the back, not the shoulders. So be aware of the size.The larger problem is that it stinks with a Kerosene like smell as if the material has been cleaned from a recycled fabric and rexine. Also, after 2 hours of intermittent operation it stinks not only of Kerosene but also of burning rubber or burning rexine. My whole room is now full of that stink and the smell just doesn't go away.
