"WOA, YOUR MACBOOK COVER IS EXCELLENT" said one of my friends unprompted as it was on the kitchen counter. This looks and feels great to the touch, kinda soft plasticy niceness. The apple logo is behind a series of holes, this isnt displayed in the pics and I dont know why as it looks kinda cool. My only gripe is that the cover pops off a bit when you open the macbook up and then you have to pop it back on, this takes a second but it would be better if that didnt happen but for the price!!! You cant go wrong....

I ordered this after researching others. I can say that I am very pleased with the choice. The cover comes in 2 pieces which clip onto your Macbook. I have only had the cover for a week now so, so far its great! It fits well and the top cover (I went for the 'wood' look) which looks great and even has an opening so that the Apple on the top of the Macbook shows which is what I wanted. I would definitely recommend buying.

When I first opened the product I was very impressed with the packaging it arrived it, the product looked like it has been packed with car and real premium feel to it. Once I took all the packaging off I put the case onto my Mac and it felt great! The fit was perfect and clipped into place perfectly without any issues. The look and feel of the product is very premium and I'm so glad I made this purchase! Very different to the standard coloured gloss cases that everyone seems to have now. Really pleased with the product and the company.

This is a great case it feels nice to the touch, not slippy because of the rubber coating. Like the photo you cannot see the apple logo beneath, but if you have an iPhone or iPad you should have the apple stickers, you can just put one of those on it if you like. But this case is very nice, easy to put on and looks nice.

I'm quite pleased with the case. I found it easy to put on, the bottom compartment is a little loose thought but it's not a huge problem. The top part is smooth to the touch and looks really nice, love the colour and the retro look of the part where the logo shines through.Overall it's a pretty good case and is aesthetically pleasing. Not sure yet about the sturdiness but I guess time will tell!

I like this case. It clips on easily and provides a good looking and effective cover. However, where the Apple logo is visible in the ad pics, this section is covered by a mesh in the actual case.Other than that, it's a very classy and inexpensive cover. Don't regret buying it at all.

Ordered: Aug. 1, 2016I ordered the Mac 13" Dark Wood case for my 13" Macbook Air (2 orders, one for me and one for my boyfriend). The case fits well and was relatively straightforward to put on. The top cover has the dark wood design. It has a bunch of holes arranged in a circular shape over the Apple logo. This allows the Apple logo to be seen through the holes at higher brightness settings, while also allowing it to be pretty inconspicuous at lower brightness settings. The case has a matte rubbery finish. This gives the case friction, allowing for better grip, but also makes it quite prone to scratches and fingerprints. These marks accumulate through general use such as putting your laptop in and out of your backpack, for example. These marks start to get noticeable over time, and can definitely be seen on mine over my one year of use (pic below). My boyfriend did not transport his case as often as I did, and he has a lot less scratches (pic below). This is a bummer, but was not a super huge deal for me. My main complaint is the bottom part of the case. The bottom part that wraps around the side is the first part that got chipped (pic below), and the 2 corners near the back also chipped later on (pic below). When this part chipped, the bottom case would fall off. The same happened to my boyfriend's case. The line crack you see in the pic happened when my bottom case fell off.Overall, I love the look of this case. While some don't like the matte rubbery finish, I personally appreciate that it adds grip to the case. Only issue with it is that it makes it prone to visible scratches and fingerprints. My main concern is that the bottom case chips easily, leading it to fall off and therefore be ineffective.I hope you found this review to be helpful!

The case fits okay... I like the matte finish and the wood-look design, which is the primary reason I purchased it. The look of the case is great, but there are some flaws I found with everyday use. The "grip" spots around the case often shift and loosen, to the point where I am constantly pushing on them to completely secure them again. They do not ever come so loose that I think the case will fall off, but enough to be annoying. Additionally, I found that the bottom piece rises a little too high for my preference. When I type, I rest the bottom of my palms on the computer and I can feel the ridge dig into my wrists after prolonged use. I will continue to use it since returning it is more hassle than it's worth, but I cannot recommend it when there are other options available.

Excellent case. Fits my MacBook Air perfectly with no extra plastic overhang like I've see on other hard cases. Also has center secure tab on lid which ensures that every time you open the lid there is no flexing of the case. I purchased a similar case with a design that did not have this center tab and every time I opened the lid, the top of the hard case would flex and separate from the macbook screen. Felt like a design flaw. Anyways, this case has definitely been much better.One down side is that the matte finish picks up fingerprints relatively easily. I have to wipe it down every now and then to keep the surface looking sleek.Overall, a solid product.***UPDATE***FYI I tried a lot of different cleaning products to get this case clean of all the fingerprints. The ONLY thing that worked was Dr. Bronner's Castille Soap. Here is a list of what didn't work: 1) water & dish soap, 2) iKlear, 3) rubbing alcohol, 4) glass cleaner. Hope this helps someone.

I am extremely satisfied with this case. It snapped on in 5 seconds, fits like a glove. It stopped my MacBook Pro from sliding off my lap. I like the way the apple shows thru when the computer is on. The only negative I'd say is the same thing other reviews mention; the little white tabs "the feet" under the machine fall out very soon. I have only one left under my laptop as I type, and I found one or two around the house. I plan to try to super glue them back on, see how long that stays. Without the white tabs, the laptop leaves little circle indentions on soft surfaces like my friend's leather desktop, but it doesn't have any negative effect in my normal daily use. I was very careful to check my laptop model number before I placed my order to be sure I was ordering the correct item.

Not sure what all the super negative reviews are about. For $17 or whatever it works great. I've had this for a month and the cover has never come loose or fallen off once. It also provides a nice grip. I care it in a book bag multiples walks back and forth from class a day and haven't had any issues. Some of these peoples reviews are excessive in their expectations of products. I tried the Speck case before buying this and that was definitely terrible all around. Save yourself $40. The case itself is a nice soft, durable rubber that holds a grip on surfaces relatively nicely.For a $17 case, you get your money's worth.I DID NOT receive this for free. Although, can someone please tell me how I can start getting free stuff??

I ADORE this case! I get a ton of compliments on this all the time; it looks like I paid way more for it than I did. It's held up well too over the months I've had it; I bring my laptop traveling with me so bumps and scratches are a given. But, I've only noticed one scratch, and even then, it's hardly noticeable due to the soft texture and dark color of the case. The apple logo illuminates through the case no problem due to a circle of little holes that allow the light to shine through. Totally happy with this case; I've bought many cases, but this one is my absolute favorite. Might buy another just so I have it in the future if I ever think it's time to change this one out :)

I had original given this case a 1-star review, but after receiving a replacement in a matter of hours (which solved the issue we had with the first one), I'd like to say this is a great looking hard case. Very sleek and professional looking. I bought this case for my husband's Macbook and he likes the fact that it looks modern without breaking the bank. He also likes the way the die-cute circle looks when the Apple shines through. I recommend it if you're looking for something more sophisticated in color and design

I like the look of the screen cover, but the bottom cover is crappy. I've had the case on my computer less than 2 weeks, move my laptop in and out of my bag once or twice a day, and already there are a couple of large cracks and at least one substantial chip completely broken off.I take good care of my laptop; this one is four years old and has needed no repair work so this is not a matter of rough treatment but inferior product. There are plenty of other case options that would provide a similar aesthetic. I recommend finding and purchasing one of them; do not buy a TJFEC product.The only reason I didn't give this only one star is that I do like the look and fit of the top piece.

The top portion of the case (the PU portion) is five-star amazing. It's soft and beautiful.The bottom half of the case, however, as others have said, is harsh on the wrists. I know that most laptop cases will be annoying where it meets the wrist, as were others I have had from different makers.I wish very much that the bottom shell was made out of the same material and process as the top, but I knew it would not be. If both were, I have no doubt I would give this full stars to the moon and back. The fit is perfect for this 2015 15" MBP. Unfortunately, it smells a little like beef jerky at the moment, but I am hoping this will fade.

Ok, so I purchased this because I loved the color. The top part that goes on the section where the screen is, fits very well, and snag on the laptop just fine and stays put. The bottom half, however does not stay on completely. The front left life slides off every now and then, but this doesn't make the whole thing come off, I just have to pull it back on easily. Overall it's a nice case for this price for sure! I didn't know what to expect for buying it for close to $12, but I am impressed and I am content with my purchase. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't fit the laptop perfectly on the bottom. Other that that, the case is great quality, especially for the price it is being sold for.

I just ordered this product and specifically checked the product over view to make sure that the apple logo will show through the case. I just received my black case and put it on my laptop and the apple logo does not shine through even when my screen brightness and keyboard brightness is up. I am very disappointed because the product clearly states that the logo will shine through the case. However it is not a bad case for the money and I like that it is rubberized.

Pros: Gorgeous colorCons: Flimsy, extremely difficult to take off, and there is an extra prong on the top cover which other covers don't have and would not fit properly. Ended up scratching my mac trying to get the prong to fit. I checked my mac model and it is the right one for this. I can tell because the sizing was right even when I saw it in person. Maybe it was a manufacturing defect but that extra third prong on the cover, although very small, made putting this item on and taking it off so much more difficult. (The bottom cover was fine even if the material was flimsy).

I was expecting less quality but the hard case is really really good, robust and with a soft feel to the touch. It looks great and not "cheapy". The bottom part is the part I didn't like so much. It's black so it has a different look and when you put both parts the macbook looks much thick...like a 2010 Macbook pro. Usually dirt gets inside and it start scratching the mac. So I remove the bottom part and left only the wooden top part.

It was fairly easy to put on (make sure you put it on the right way though). To me it looks like the picture although it appears a tad bit darker than shown. Like with all cases, it makes your laptop look a little bigger (but the point is style and protection). I know everyone is complaining about the bottom. But i had no problems with mine. You just have to snap it on correctly in my opinion.

This cover feels nice and looks great!! The fit is a very tiny bit funky, but nothing too upsetting. It's a great product for the price.My only complaint is that the spots where the bottom clips on are right where one would rest her wrists while typing. The edges of the clips are rather sharp and uncomfortable. I use my laptop for 10+ hours each day for work, so I had to file the edges down so as not to scrape up my wrists.
