The product didn’t end up fitting our queen sized bed I believe this is not an issue with the product, however more so and issue that we live in an RV and our bed frame is fixed to a slide out, due to this the top bar on the sides of the bed even fully against the wall ended up being just slightly to long and we couldn’t use the product. This is the first time I have ever had to try and refund a product through Amazon so I was slightly worried it would be a hassle. To my surprise this seller is absolutely amazing with their customer service and made the refund process flawless and very quick. After an extremely brief conversation I was informed the product was refunded and would see it on my method of payment within 3 days, with 24 hours the refund was pending in my bank account and before 48 it was fully processed in. The setup of the product was extremely easy and no where near as complicated as some of these reviews made it seem, the bars seemed sturdy also though bc we just set even thing up prior to installing the brackets fully to the bed and then when we did install the brackets it was to long I any fully comment on the sturdiness of the product but will give 5 stars from what I experienced with it.

Was installed inside out unfortunately but it's still been useful for my now toddler who rolls around and runs all over the place. Top corner connectors pop off once in a while which sucks. Constantly have to hit the cap down/on. A Bit wobbly because we tried to get away with not drilling into bed frame to secure.We live in a small apartment and co-sleep. Don't know what I woulda done without this because my kid refused to sleep in a crib or pack n play.

Build of this Rail is sturdy and it was easy to setup. I had it assembled within 20 mins all by myself. The connector that is used in the corner to join two sides are excellent and make this safer and firm. The fence was just right side and not sluggish at all. Zipper at the end of the fence was super helpful while setting up the fence. The protective cushion on the top of the rail is a plus. Setting it up in the bed with the stands was done within 5 mins for all 3 sides.

The instructions are a joke! I got so frustrated I gave up and it sat partially put together for a week. I finally found time to put it together, it wasn’t an easy process! Very time consuming and I would not recommend doing it alone! I’m an active person but I feel exhausted after this install 😩 we’ll see how it holds up.

Workable but poor instructions and set up and attachmet dose not work unless you have a wood bed fraime to screw product to. I used duct tap to finish install. It's doable and the buttons work well to let down the sides. Just not as user friendly as i had hoped and you have to work really hard to get it close enough to the bed to keep you baby's foot from falling thru. Gave it a 3 start cause I still use it but I had to make lots of modifications and can't trust my child alone in it for to long

My wife really wanted our son in the bed with us, but I worried about him falling off the bed. Searched on Amazon and found this gem! It is fantastic. Super easy to set up and sturdy. The added plus is while we are getting ready to leave the house we just leave him on the bed and don’t have to worry. Defiantly would recommend this if you’re looking for added safety measures for your kiddos. P
