I’m well pleased with my storage bench. After receiving it on time, the only assembly was putting the legs on, which took maybe 5 minutes. It’s well built and sturdy. The cover material is well upholstered, and the color is as advertised. I’m well pleased!

I really like this bench. It had the most storage and matched my decor. I use it for storing litter, cat food, and music cords. The only reason I gave it 4 stars are the legs. They don't seem to tighten completely so when the bench moves, the legs tend to turn as well. That is the ONLY problem I have with it. It came fully assembled and packaged great, the only assembly was screwing in the legs.

This comes fully assembled - the four legs. Very happy with how easy this was to put in place. Sitting on it makes some weak noises, Top needs to be more sturdy

I'm a stranger on the Internet, but trust me, buy this one. I spent far too long, bought way too many options, returned them all and was ready to give up... until I got this one. This is solidly built, well shipped, fully assembled and looks really nice! I bought several costing twice as much and they all had issues, mostly just badly made and badly shipped. This is a solid piece of furniture. It looks as though it cost quite a bit more.Out of the box it is fully assembled. It was packed nicely and even tho mine came unaccosted I imagine if the UPS guys are less forgiving the packaging would still protect it. Slip it out of the box and you're done! It did contain the usual awful smell of furniture protectant, but that dissipated within a couple hours.The only negative I have to say about this is with the floor board... and I'm not sure I can even say it's a negative as it's just par for the course. I bought several of these, some 3x as expensive... and they all came with a thin, very thin, particle board floor. This one is no exception. It's thin, it's crap... don't store your free-weights in this. It's fine for shoes (my purpose) or blankets etc... but nothing heavy. That's not to say it's not well built, it is - it's just the floor.I have no problem sitting on this to put on shoes, the reason I bought it - and I'm 240lbs. I can also sit on it easily with my partner - another 120lbs. It feels rock solid. I could not be happier with this. I spent a long time trying to find one that was well built and looked nice, and I finally found it.UPDATE 10/23/2017I'm still really happy with this ottoman. It's held up incredibly well in my entryway and looks great after daily abuse except for one tiny flaw. One of the fabric pieces has come off of one of the buttons - leaving a tiny silver button on the top. It's really annoying to my eye... but given the use this thing gets I'm a bit forgiving. We (two large adults) use it daily to sit and put shoes on, put Amazon deliveries on etc. The cosmetic flaw could likely be easily fixed if I just had a bit of the same fabric. Aside from that it still looks new. I'm particularly impressed, given how many boxes we often stack on it, that the fabric doesn't look at all soiled. I've emailed the company and asked if they can send me the tiny bit of fabric to fix the issue - I'll update if they respond.

I love the perfect light gray but not too light, love the size, the storage capacity is great, the lid fits perfectly. The fabric seems to be a cross between linen and velvet, hard to explain, a bit like corduroy. It looks classy. The height is fine as well as length. The only thing I do t love is that as others said it’s Hard when you sit on it, a bit surprising as looks soft- it is not - we have it in our bedroom - so fine for putting slippers on etc. It feels well made. It cameWith a mark on the front- which was annoying- it was permanent- looked like a pen mark but wasn’t. They gave me someMoney off as I liked it and didn’t want to send it back. I was happy with that.

I would recommend this purchase. It’s roomy inside and very sturdy. Well made.

The upholstery is decent, the box itself is sturdy.Mine unfortunately had been crushed on the side before it was packed and the foam under the cloth along the side had deformed badly. Also sadly, mine smelled so strongly of mothballs, the entire room was *foul* for a couple of days. A week later there’s still a trace odor. Without the damage and odor issues I’d give a four stars on quality and value.
