These are standard size 1/3 pans. They do seem to be slightly lighter and material which in my opinion helps the heat transfer a little better anyway. They are a good value for the price. See no issues with them.

We have large family get together. These are perfect for smaller side dishes. They fit in my electric Buffett server.

These hotel pans are high-quality stainless steel commercial-grade. They are great for marinating food, easy to clean and an excellent value.

I got these steel containers for our ice cream shop and they are perfect! Good quality, easy to clean, and they make the ice cream look really good!

Works very well butttt don’t storage them together as you’re gonna need a hammer to separate them because they get stuck one inside the other one

Thickness is very wrong. The description says these are 0.8 mm thick which is .031 inches. That translates to a 22-gauge thick steel. 22 gauge is a heavy duty steam pan. These are anything but heavy duty. A check with a micrometer reveals they are only .014 inches (.035) which translates to a 28 gauge steel. Most steel pans are between 22 (thickest) and 26 (thinnest) so these are not even as heavy as the lightest industry standard pan. Buyer beware!
