This regulator is just what my husband and I were looking for.

My Presto Pressure Canner came with a 15lb weight, wouldn't work in my area, 10 is exactly what I needed,... it is a 15lb weight, just take a ring off to make it a 10lb.

The 3-Piece Pressure Regulator 5-10-15lb Canning Weight for Presto Pressure Cooker works if you don't like to moniotr a pressure guage. This product gets a 4 because the first one I ordered came apart so I sent it back for a replkacement. The washer at the bottom of the weight cam off right away. The second weight has held up better.

This thing is a lifesaver for pressure canning! So convenient to hear that you’re at the correct pressure rather than watching a pressure gauge. It’s also a lot easier to keep the canner at the correct pressure

Using this product for pressure canning

First I just want to say their product is awesome if it worked but for me no pressure was building. Literally blew the over pressure plug.I knew something was wrong when I hit 4 minutes with no pressure building but I decided to give it one more minute. This could go horribly wrong!! You have to know your equipment and how to safely use it before ever purchasing.I do miss the jiggle but it is not worth possibly putting my self in danger.I will be returning!The inside needle is not built the same as my presto canner weight. Much smaller needle on this product.

These are great. Almost a set and forget.

I ordered this for my pressure gauge canner , which is brilliant but I wanted to use a weighted one too just to be safe . However it did not fit into my steam spout . I think this maybe just for the branded canner like presto as mine was just an unbranded one I bought from eBay , It is a real shame as I was looking forward to using it

In Australia, it’s hard to find someone to check your pressure gauge so, get a Jiggler for your can, it’s easy to use and you just need to wait till it starts to do its hula movement or jiggle at the correct weight. Check YouTube for instructions.

Works as expected

The item has just been delivered 5 minutes ago. As you can see the first thing Ive done is weigh the weight to a know tested 15psi weight from the actual manufacturer. The item supplied is a set of three rings. This weight will not achieve 15psi but cruise over the required pressure. I wanted this for exactly 10psi (Remove one ring) but now I have established that the 15psi is not accurate I cant trust the 10 and 5psi weights without using. If I use it, to test it, I cant send it back.Update: Tested with full load in Presto. Sits at 11.2psi
